The first vet I called the woman on the phone was cold, sounded irritated that I had questions, and completely lacked empathy in regards to my concerns of my high anxiety rescue kitty. Then I called Animal Clinic of Chardon(strongly recommended by my sister who is a veterinary assistant at an ICU) and let me tell you the two ladies I spoke with were the kindest, sweetest, reassuring professionals. They are fear free certified and Kim walked me through the process. She gave me recommendations on carriers and some tips as well. My anxiousness about bringing kitty to the vets has went from a 15 to about a 3. I know I haven’t even taken her in yet but I feel this experience deserves a 5 star review! I just have a gut feeling that my Bubbles is going to be in great hands ❤️”

She has been great and the staff has been very friendly! Recently I had an emergency with one of my cats. Dr. Bieber was able to get me in swiftly and quickly diagnosed the problem. What I really appreciated about Dr. Beaver is her reasonableness that seems to be characteristic of her practice. Which I highly value in a world where veterinarian services can be so extreme.”
