I have had nothing but positive experiences with West Geauga Self Storage over the years, and am grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Misty and her staff. Very clean facility with a manager onsite to assist with any concerns. I was so impressed with this facility that I ended up renting 2 units for my business supplies. I would definitely recommend West Geauga Self Storage.

I have utilized storage here for about 6 years, and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing, the units are clean and secure, and affordable. Even when I had an issue with the spring giving out on my unit door during the winter months, the staff addressed the situation promptly and I was able to still access my belongings. Highly recommend.

The storage company is amazing. The people that run/manage the facility keep the grounds spotless and monitor everything with a secure security camera system and electronic gate. I never had any problems in the over 10 years that I used the facility.

WG Storage has been great. So clean and safe. Misty is very helpful if you need anything. I never worried about my things not being secure. I’ve have multiple units and have used them for almost seven years . Highly recommend 👍

The unit size I wanted to rent they did not have any available. Why I'm giving them 4 stars. They actually answer the phone when you call them and you get to talk to a live human being.They were very professional and put me on a waitlist and we'll call me.
