Had a screen door worked on, they over tightened it which caused it bind, so we sent it back. Then they broke it and welded a god awful weld which would not fit on the patio door. Took it back again and they put a bar across the door which was un level and uneven. 4 weeks they had and repaired it. Wanted to help neighborhood business but never again, pretty pricey but that's considered for small town

It has been my experience, if you can't find what you are looking for at Lowe's or Home Depot, Oak Harbor Hardware has it. If they don't have it, you don't need it

Glad that many small towns and villages still have a local hardware store. While the item cost may be a smidgen more, the extra courteous service you will receive more than makes up for any cost differential. Then factor in the gas savings and they become priceless.
