This bank has the most friendliest tellers. They always say hi when you walk in. I know I always feel welcomed and not just another customer. They have personally helped me set up my wesbanco app on my phone. If i need money transferred from one account to another one I just call and tgey take care of it. I have never banked anywhere with every employee being so nice and helpful. Lets face it theres usually always that one teller you try to avoid getting in their line and dread when their the only one working.Im happy to say I give this bank a 5 outta 5.
