I bought baby broccoli today that was rotten and smelled horrible. I drove all the way back to the store to return it. The employees don't care really! No apology no politeness just give me the receipt. I found three managers standing together and approached them about my experience and they were very defensive at first. Why are the employees so unhappy? And defensive? I guess Chris is the manager I sure would like to talk to him

This Sam's Club is a distance from my house, but I choose to go there because I always have a great shopping experience. I always find a parking spot, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. The snack bar is always clean and the yogurt sundae is always delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always have what I need at a great price. The other reviews are correct, there are never carts in the store, so I bring a few in with me and all is well. Great store!

Pick up experience used to be great but lately has been slipping. I understand it’s busier than usual with the holidays and there’s staffing issues at a lot of businesses, but then do not offer pick up times that you cannot fulfill. It is ridiculous to place a pick up order for a specific time slot and told it will take 5-10 minutes after arrival for the order to be brought out but in reality, the order isn’t ready for 3 hours past the initial time slot and takes 30 + minutes to come out. I’m completely okay with less pick up times available - don’t promise things you can’t deliver. It’s poor customer service and interrupts people’s schedules.

I ordered an item to be delivered to my home. It arrived on time on Tuesday Dec. 18th as promised. However no effort was made to place the package in a logical place. It wasn’t placed at my front or side door. It just left in my driveway. I understand that we got snow the day before. The delivery person could have just continued up the driveway to the side door and left it there. Instead they decided to leave darn near in the middle of the driveway. I don’t understand how that makes any sense. I will not be ordering anything else to be delivered.

Well stocked up on everything I'm looking for an friendly staff. Issue with slippery parking lot an one cart rack was over loaded other guests said none inside. But there were 20 carts in the bay area one staff member was outside getting carts definitely need 2 or more during all carts collecting. I do both Sam's club an Walmart both seems to be doing good on the surface. I'm always checking everything out. ?

The tire department NEVER opens on time. I mean NEVER! And nothing is ever don’t to correct it. Myself and my husband have both on multiple occasions been left standing outside for 15 or more minutes waiting for them to open. Why have an 8am appt time if you can’t open on time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. These are grown people working there and still can’t be on time.

Place is decently stocked and clean. There's about 300 carts in the parking lot and 15 inside. Been like this the last month or two.

2nd time here in 2 weeks - my hotel is across the street. I got to the Food Court at 6. Manned by 1 young lady and one of the maintenance guys was trying to help. Waited in line for 25 minutes and by the time I got up there, they only had hot dogs left (35 minutes until closing). Everybody in line was mad but I got a hot dog combo. Got my change in nickels and Pennie’s. Went to the beverages and the tea was broken and spewing everywhere. The condiment table where’s I had to get my cup lid, plastic ware, and napkins was beyond filthy. No relish - she said they were out. Every table was filthy. Asked the women at the door to get the store mgr and she refused and turned her name tag so I couldn’t identify her. Another employee found the store mgr and he came to talk with me. He walked the area and apologized but I think he’s being let down by leadership. One of the largest and most exclusive club stores I’ve ever been in but a total fail at the food court. As I’m typing this I wonder why I even ate the hotdog - I have to assume the prep was as disgusting as the rest of the food court. This was bad folks - a 25 year Sam’s member deserves better

Always a good place to shop. Prices are very reasonable. Today, Wednesday, there were very few people shopping when I was there. A pleasant experience.

I was there on 9.14.23. It was my first time. They were only serving two food samples and both of the people who were serving were stand offish and not friendly. There were hardly any employees around to ask for assistance. The ones that were present completely ignored the customers. They were not helpful, friendly or welcoming.There was not a good selection of veggie burgers (only beyond burgers), cakes, desserts, salad dressing or pre-prepared salads. The veggie and fruit platter case was empty and it was before 5pm.The clothing section was in disarray. Some items did not have price sighns.I was not prepared for no bags and standing in a long line to show my reciept.I felt as though I did not want to return to the store. I would prefer to join Costco for better selection, more hot food items, better customer service and more employees to assist you. My first time here was extremely disappointing and underwhelming.

Do whatever you can to avoid customer service ... lines are CRAZY, even for a simple return. If you're not 100% sure on an item, better just not buy vs wait in line 30min
