“Mr Fayaz and staff were beyond friendly, helpful, and filled with knowledge. We went in for a look and walked out with two beautiful hand tufted Persian rugs brimmed with amazing details in every inch. It was wonderful to learn about the history, origins, and craftsmanship behind each rug, it made the whole experience that much more special! We also left Mr Fayaz with a family heirloom rug requiring cleaning and repair. His expertise and dedication to preserving its beauty gave us complete confidence in his services!”

“This review is waaayyy overdue. When we walked into the Carpet Store for the first time, there were tile samples all over the floor - Alex was working with a customer, she was engaged with them and they were all having a good time. We were warmly greeted and Joni helped us with our flooring choices. Joni was patient and she provided great information on how to choose the best tile and carpet for our needs. When we couldn't decide on how the flooring should be put down in our kitchen, Alex asked for a picture of our kitchen and used an app to show us each pattern in our space. It made it easy to choose. Alex communicated with us while we waited for the materials to arrive, keeping us in the loop. The installers were professional and efficient. When we had an issue with a seam in the carpet, Alex quickly set up an appointment with an installer and it was fixed. In addition to being so knowledgeable and professional, they are friendly and just good people. 10/10!”

“I am so glad Whitmore was recommended to me. I first spoke with Karen and she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and truly helped us understand what we might need. The process from selecting the carpet to having it installed was effortless. It was quick and easy. The installers were also extremely nice. I had mistakenly thought it was a different color carpet but they worked with Karen to ensure me it was. And guess what- they were correct lol. It was hard to tell in the sun! But they were extremely nice and ensured us. We received our beautiful new carpet for our nursery within 2 hours of them getting to our house. 10/10 recommend this group to anyone looking for carpet!”
