I have used this CVS since the store closest to me closed and my favorite store pharmacy person, Marcy, came here. I get the same kind efficient service at the counter and the drive home n window.

Literally the worst place to get medications I've ever been too. Recently stopped going. Couldn't take it anymore.

Switched to a different CVS location after several bad experiences with the staff here. Even my doctor suggested I try a new location as they had also had problems.

They have cancelled multiple Covid shot appointments in the last week without telling me until I arrive.

Worst pharmacy on earth. Nothing is ever in stock. Pharmacists are completely inept and the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. 4 different times my one prescription was listed as "out of stock." Called each time to see if it was filled. Was told twice to "come tomorrow morning" and then "it will be ready by 4." Showed up both times only to find out prescription was not filled and still out of stock. Finally. Today. Spoke with a pharmacist who halfway had his head on straight. Told me it was a manufacturers issue and it would be ready by 2pm. Told him that I have gone 15 days without this medication, can I please come by in one hour. Sure. Get in the car, he calls back, "actually it's not going to be filled because your insurance only covers name brand and all we have is generic. You'll have to have this filled at a different pharmacy moving forward." So, this whole time, for 2 weeks, I was wasting my time and not one of the 4 different pharmacists I spoke to had enough brainpower to see that even when the generic version of my prescription came back into inventory that they wouldn't be able to fill it. Tried to move all my prescriptions in store to another location since I was in there twice for literally nothing. Pharmacist looked at me like I had 3 heads and then with a smug look provided me absolutely zero help and was smirking the whole time like it was a funny predicament to be in. Called my doctor and he was able to move all my prescriptions to a Walgreens. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Customer service was a zero. Pharmacists knowledge was a zero. Having anything in stock (others in the long line that wrapped around the store also had out of stock issues) was a zero. Called CVS customer service and spoke to someone who was getting in touch with the district rep for the Pharmacy. Told me it was the 3rd complaint on this Pharmacy alone that week. I've never had issues with my prescriptions before. I've moved around a lot and the transition has always been seamless. I can't begin to tell you what an absolute cluster and display of mismanagement this place is. The community of Oakwood should be embarrassed that a storefront in their town not only hires such inferior failures as employees but also that nothing seems to change.

I love going to CVS. The coupon system is great the only thing is that they are very overpriced.

Came here to print photos and they came out blurry and discolored. I haven't had problems printing at cvs before. When I asked the ladies at the front about it they told me there is nothing they could do but give me a refund. I agreed to a refund and gave the photos back but she gave me store credit instead. Would of appreciated more helpful and nicer staff.

Their staff does a great job getting you in and out. As a regular they treat me like family and remember my name, best pharmacy ever!

This is the WORST pharmacy on earth. I wish I could leave them zero stars. I can't even believe how poor the customer service is here. It is garbage. I waited close to 10 minutes in line at the pharmacy with one car in front of me, which didn't really bother me. I got to the window and a little man asked me how he could help me. I told him I had a prescription to pick up and tried to hand him my insurance card (since my company switched insurance since my last visit). He said no, he would see if my name came up in his system first - and I understood that he probably wanted to have as little contact as possible due to COVID-19. A couple minutes later he came back and said that yes, he would need to see my insurance card. I handed it to him and tried to hand him a prescription savings card that came WITH my insurance cards, but he wouldn't take it. At this point, one car pulled up behind me in the line. He came back again a few minutes later and said that my total was $50. I asked if he could try the prescriptions savings card because that was a little expensive for one prescription. He CLEARLY did not want to do that and gave me a lot of pushback and I said I would appreciate it if he would just try it. He said that he would try that but he would only try ONE more thing (he had only run my normal insurance at this point) because I WAS HOLDING UP THE LINE! I have no clue how I was holding up the line sitting there waiting for him to just simply do his job. He came back really quickly, so I'm not really confident he even tried the prescription savings card, and said the price was the same. I tried to pay, and he told me (WHILE HOLDING MY PRESCRIPTION IN HIS HAND) that I needed to go to the back of the line and re-wait my turn to keep the line moving. There was still only one car behind me who had probably been waiting less time than I waited to get to the window. I asked if he was joking and tried to hand him payment. He said no and repeated that I had to go to the back of the line. I left without my prescription and will have my doctor call in my prescription elsewhere. I would truly rather pay full price for a prescription than to ever give CVS $1. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer trying to pay for a product. I will never go back.

I've made several visits to this pharmacy and have been disappointed every time. When requesting oral rehydration salts, they pointed me to the Epsom salts. One of the workers (at the drop off counter) is consistently rude.
