Rooms were nice and clean. Conveniently located for my bowling trip. It breakfast on Sunday morning was supposed to be available until 10 am. They ran out of eggs and refused to make more. Coffee ran out and it took forever to get more but it was finally ready.

We arrived at night after traveling for 28hs. The first room we were given had weed in the drawer by the Bible, the bathroom and floor was dirty and the bedding had burn holes, the microwaveand and the phone didn'twork. We were switched to a room on the same floor that was a great update from the initial room but the bathroom door was not leveled so you had to push harder and scrape the floor to open or close the door. We booked for 3 nights and we asked for new towels in different occasions and they never had clean towels. We never had a towelling mat. We asked for one extra pillow and they didn't have one for the whole time we stayed. The pool had multiple different signs with different times and it was run down with the floor of the pool breaking off in the water. The last of it, was the morning we left. Our family went to the breakfast area to get what we want to eat and we were returning to our room with our food to eat while we finish packing. Front desk told us we could not take our food to the room because people spill stuff in the hallways and they are tired to clean up other people's messes.

Destroyed parking lot, awful lobby smell, marijuana smell in the room, dirty sheets with hair , nasty fridge , toothpaste in the sink , crumbs under the bed …left immediately

If I could give a zero review, I would. The entire hallway 24 seven smelled like marijuana. And then my mom and dad‘s room smelled like smoke, but it was a non-smoking room. And then you try to call the front desk and no one answers ever. Terrible experience. It wasn’t clean. The light was not there that was in the bathroom. Terrible terrible.

I chose this location because of how close it was to my home for my son’s birthday party. I work for Choice hotels but they were sold out so I was not able to get a discount which was fine. Upon check in the lobby was clean, and the front desk associate was very friendly. He told me that breakfast was from 7-10 tomorrow but when I woke up at 9am I wasn’t expecting all food to be gone. I went up to a man at the front desk wearing a Levi T-shirt and asked him where the breakfast attendant was and he said he was the breakfast attendant. I was surprised because he looked like a guest, I asked could he replenish breakfast and he said because they were sold out last night that they made breakfast early and ended it early. I told him that the associate that checked me in said breakfast hours were from 7-10am. He told me if there is no one in breakfast they won’t put any food out. I can understand that. Yet, I’m here and I’m requesting breakfast. He began to be very rude to me and talking to other guests checking out instead of helping me. I asked for his name, he refused. I asked for his managers name, he refused. When I told him I work for Choice Hotels as a front desk agent myself, he then told me his name was Ahbi and asked me very rudely “ So what do you want!” If I did want breakfast, his attitude made me lose my appetite. I had 4 small children with me so I didn’t want to make a scene but it was very disrespectful and rude how I was treated. I dissolved this issue with Choice Hotels but I felt the need to let everyone know to beware of this property. The rooms were very outdated and burn holes in the bedspreads. The pool was the best amenity and even that was run down with the floor of the pool breaking off in the water. We had rocks in between our toes. I never write reviews but this experience was so bad I had to. My advice to the manager would be to hire better staff and focus on retaining guests.

This is our go-to place to stay when vising Northfield Park. Rates are reasonable and it's about as close as you can get. It's convenient to stores, gas stations, and restaurants, yet sits back off the main road so that it's quiet. The rooms are remodeled with I believe LVP flooring, beds and pillows are super comfy. The room was spotless. The employees are friendly. I honestly don't know how people are leaving bad reviews.

First room we got was a non smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was PUNGENT, especially in the bathroom. Almost like someone just got done smoking in there. It was thick and felt like you were seated in the smoking section of a dimly lit BINGO hall. We went to the front desk to request a new room and were told to ‘turn the a/c on and it will make the smell go away’. We were not about to do that so after some persistence we were moved to another room. The smell was of light musk, but like the basement kind, not Chanel. It had a broken shower head that you had to hold with one hand to use. The fire alarm would start beeping randomly through the night, like a low battery warning. It was pretty loud. When we asked about possibly changing the battery we were told to ‘just take it out’ and ‘don’t worry someone is always here’. Well come to find out it’s a wired alarm. The on and off loud beeping lasted until 11pm. Woke up the next morning and went to make a small cup of tea at the Kureig. Guess what? It didn’t work. This place feels like a fever dream. We found ourselves laughing at the small, but constant, issues we were finding. I don’t have high hopes for breakfast either. Paid $150 with a $50 return after the stay, but I would have rather they paid us at this point. Would not recommend staying here.

The room we stayed in was clean, no critters and everything was in well kept. Service was prompt and courteous. I was surprised with the breakfast bar. If you like a good hearty breakfast in the AM, you will be pleased.

I enjoyed my stay! Rooms were super clean, very comfortable bed, cold a/c. Wi-Fi worked great and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! Eggs and sausage, microwaveable sandwiches, and juice! This is the best budget hotel I’ve found in the area. It’s not the Hilton, but for the price it’s just as good, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again!Rooms: Very clean, spacious rooms, high ceilings!Nearby activities: 20 minutes to downtown, great safe area. Lots of food options.

Reserved a room for the 2024 eclipse. Overall great experience, for the price. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I think the staff did a pretty good job handling the complaining Karen's. This is not the Hyatt, but you're not paying for the Hyatt either.

The room was a nice size. It had a chair to the desk but didn't have a regular chair to sit in. It also had the most uncomfortable little pillows on the bed. Didn't have any kleenex, had to go buy some. Breakfast was nothing hot unless you made a waffle or heat up a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. Juice came out of the machine one day. Water came out of juice machine the next days. Nothing's perfect, and you just have to live with what you pay for. The female staff was very helpful.

The over night shift dude was very rude, the room we got didn't have a chair or fridge it had a desk n TV though one of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn hole in it, a hole in the wall the bathroom door had black mold the bathtub drain clogger was absolutely gross the bed stand had old sticky candy on the bottom and In the drawer the mattress was gross pool was closed after we called n asked if there was a pool to swim in, breakfast was terrible alot it was expired overrall I will not be staying there again absolutely terrible all the way around
