LOVE THIS OBERLIN LOCAL SHOP!!! The vintage clothing is one of a kind.I have bought jewlery and purses of great quality and selection.I have bought one of a kind items like military medals,a compass.and other one of a kind items.This celtic tree of life wall clock is by far one of the best items I have gotten from this wonderful shop.Laurel Kirtz is a one of a kind shop owner who tries to give her costumers a great shop experience and her love of the vintage clothes shows in the inventory she carries in this great local shop and is a great fit for the Oberlin town.

BEWARE CONSIGNORS ! The owner,Laurel,DOES NOT keep proper and accurate records of your belongings. She is,by for, the rudest and most unprofessional business owner that I have ever experienced. DO NOT leave your items with her to consign,she will keep your sales proceeds and your items. She also WILL NOT return your phone calls,text messages and emails. If she does ,she will be verbally rude to you. CONSIGNORS BEWARE !!!!!!

attention consignors do not leave items at this business ! the owner, ms laurel is an awful business person and is terribly rude. she will either sell or keep your items for her own personal benefit. her record keeping and paperwork skills are ridiculous ! what a joke she is !

Drove out to this thrift store last week and there's tons of things I liked but the prices were way too high for second hand merchandise that's just my opinion though! I'm talking retail new prices and being a reseller there was No room left for profit on my end. So walked across the street and was able to pick 1 vintage Weiss brooch.

This should be a 5 star review because I really like this store - so why is it 3 stars instead? Because they weren't open during posted hours. I stopped by at 1:30 on a Saturday and they were closed. I went out of my way to go here and was really disappointed.

Stopped in on the way home to Baltimore from Chicago and found a treasure trove of beautiful vintage. I needed to pare down my selections considerably before leaving, which took me forever, but the owner Laurel and her employee were extremely patient and helpful the entire time. Also, is there any way to purchase an item I wish I'd bought!Thanks again to both of you!

I would NOT recommend YOU LEAVE CONSIGNMENT ITEMS HERE! The owner, Laurel, does not keep good records of what she has sold and what she has paid you out. When I asked her she could not tell me. She asked me for my receipt from 2020! She did not have HER receipts to check on the status of my account. In my eyes that is her obligation! She made many excuses. I felt she wanted me to leave (to her)the items that did not sell because she didn't know where they were. Did I remember if they were sold? It was such an unpleasant experience dealing with her. She was not professional and was not kind. I would recommend you donate items to Goodwill or another place like that.

This store has been a cornerstone of oberlin fashion since it opened. The owner is a very hard working lady with one hell of a selection. If you want a peaceful place to shop with no pressure and knowledgeable staff, this is the place.

Every time my daughter comes to visit. This is the store she HAS to go to. She always finds some great vintage clothing. From dresses, to jacket, coats, shoes, belts, hats, and more this store has it. Very unique finds. The store owner is very nice and super helpful.

Owner claims the shop is consignment but ALWAYS has an excuse not to pay you. And the owner makes it difficult to get unsold items back.
