People are great, but the service left alot to be desired. Neede the $65 plan for 3 phones and a laptop to work! Got wifi from my cell company that works great for less than half!

From the start of service to closing my account when I moved, I had a great experience with Cable Co-op. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, and the service was flawless. Their pricing was totally reasonable as well; I can't see a reason why anyone would go anywhere else in Oberlin for cable. Truly the epitome of a great local company.

Contacted customer service and was told our internet was fine and that it was our router. After connecting the modem to my computer and using the manufacturer info found that it was the modem wasn’t registering connection. It was after hours called and left a message and got a call back in 30 minutes. Helped walk me through to find it was a loose cable connector. Thank you
