“So I just want to say that the manager , Casey and the DM , Kendra are amazing! Yesterday we had an Incident where my car got stuck on the track. I did not know that the cover for my transmission was hanging down. I was legit stuck there for an hour. At first , we assumed it was my oil pan and another guest, thinking that he was being helpful was trying to get them to let him get my car off the track and saying that I was leaking oil and I became very emotionally upset over the whole situation thinking that my car was going be damaged or that I might damage the track to the car wash. Both Casey and Kendra handled the situation calmly and professionally. They were courteous, helpful and they were comforting me. They even offered to get me and my son waters and a snack because it was hot out. Once maintenance came, they were able to get my car up over the track and we were able to get my car through the car wash without any damage. Thank God we found out it was only a cover that was missing a clip and I got it fixed right away afterwards. Again, I just can’t say enough about these two ladies how they were so helpful and so calm in the situation that disrupted their business and how they made me feel valued and cared about!”

“I highly recommend Hands on Auto Detailing. I was unsure where to go, and Nissan referred me here. I have a brand new car, but stupidly left a pumpkin from Halloween in my trunk and it leaked. Smelled so gross, so I had a complete detail job done. They did a more than amazing job. Looks and smells great!! very nice and very professional company. They even cleaned my Christmas magnets I had on the car and put them neatly in my trunk. Worth every penny. I will go here from now on. My father took me to pick up my car and it was such a great job that he's going to make an appointment for his car as well. I will say it again, AWESOME JOB!!”

“Paid by credit card and timer on machine would not stop despite hitting the button repeatedly. I like the equipment at this car wash because it is powerful and I can wash my car quickly. This time I had to phone the number on the sign and am waiting to find out how much my card will be charged. I left at 16 minutes after finishing washing car at 8 minutes. Will update this after problem with credit card machine is resolved. Update...it took a couple of days, but the owner called, told me the charge should have been five bucks and refunded the five dollar overcharge. He also thanked me for letting him know about the equipment failure which he'd already replaced. Top notch service!”
“Good value for the monthly package but make sure you bring enough to rags and stuff to make it look the way you would want to if you did it yourself. Some days it gets it cleaner than others but don’t expect it to get everything on something that hasn’t been washed in a year and if you got an expensive paint job or a car worth more than a house watch out for microscratches that buff out easily but like I said only worth It if you go frequently which will weather down quickly and your attention to detail demon will be ready to come out on you so i recommend in that situation you don’t by hand and don’t sit and complain”

“Best car wash hands down. Had an issue with my membership not going through after I have been a member since it opened. But corporate reached out to me immediately and it came down to that my own bank decided to block the auto charge randomly after they updated their system for some reason. And one of my debit cards would not allow auto debits from point of sales. I don’t know. But I got it straightened out. They need to get someone to work on their vacuum suctions. I noticed this year all of them have taken a dive. Not sure if they just need cleaned out or maintenance but the car wash makes my two year old car still look like it came off the show room floor and I get complimented on it all the time.”
“Clean car wash. Coin machine always works. The self service portion could be better. But it's only $2. I always wash my cars here. I would recommend a scrubber for the self service stations. Good vacuums”

“Best do it yourself car wash I have ever been too! I can go in and soap injection is the best I have ever experienced and only spend $12 doing the wash and my car comes out looking great with no film on it and I didnt even have to brush it to get the film off. Not sure what kind of soap the owner uses but it is definetley great stuff! Will not go to any other one besides this one now!”
