Quality service quick turnaround, highly knowledgeable in multiple computer systems and printers. Will not steer you wrong. Canon printers are the best, economical and last and it is what he stocks cause he cares about his customers. Bench prices are great and up front about cost before work is done. Happy to give you several alternatives which is extremely helpful-will explain why it needs such and why it doesn’t.For our company- we will only have Rcom systems handle our computer and printer needs. Worth the drive to Oberlin for honest repair work, especially when you are dealing with computers.

Last time I took my laptop in I had to go back and pick it up and take somewhere else due to lack of service and information. The front desk person was really rude. Thought I'd try again today with my desktop but was hung up on twice. They don't even answer the phone so how can they do business. Very disappointed cause they were always great in the past and are so close.

James is amazing. I have a windows 7 hp computer and he fix it and answered all the question I had and even took the time to walk me threw a few things I didn't understand. His advise was super and his knowledge is tremendous. If you need your computer fixed, he's the man to do it.

They are, again, saving my computer! One if my accounts was hacked and they are checking and upgrading my security. These guys are amazing and have always saved my sorry butt. We have known them for a long time and I trust them completely.

Absolutely phenomenal quick and affordable repairs. PC kept shutting down during gaming, and I was under the impression it was maybe a system part upgrade that was needed, but all it was was an old burnt out fan. Thank you guys so much - will definitely be returning for all my pc needs
