“Quality service quick turnaround, highly knowledgeable in multiple computer systems and printers. Will not steer you wrong. Canon printers are the best, economical and last and it is what he stocks cause he cares about his customers. Bench prices are great and up front about cost before work is done. Happy to give you several alternatives which is extremely helpful-will explain why it needs such and why it doesn’t.For our company- we will only have Rcom systems handle our computer and printer needs. Worth the drive to Oberlin for honest repair work, especially when you are dealing with computers.”
