“Aaron , is a great hire for the store. I came in I was greeted and I felt welcomed. He knew where everything was. Another time I came in the cashier just looked at me and didnt say anything at all. When I noticed Aaron wasn't there I left. When he was there I actually had a pleasant experience shopping. When Aaron was cashing me out he told me how much I saved shopping there it was actually a lot . I was very surprised but happy to know that. Other cashiers dont share that information with you.. Good Job Aaron”
“Dollar Tree always has a good selection of items at a good price. However, I don't like to see prices continually going up... first $1.25 then $1.50 for most items but more $3.00, $5.00 and $7.00 items showing up.”

“Had a great shopping experience. The store was fully stocked and clean. Plenty of workers stocking the shelves and stepping up when the line was long. They do not have helium at this time. Checkout was extremely fast and Carol was fun to shoot the breeze with.Product review: these pizza crusts are awesome! The markers work well for garage sale signs!”
“This is the biggest Dollar General I know of, they have better selection than other locations. I'm also glad that they were able to save the old Aldi building and put it to good use!”
“Standard dollar general. - WHAT!!! Now we have produce options and the refrigeration/freezer section has doubled!!! It's amazing I can now just go to DG and get some good fresh produce since IGA is a provider of only rot when it comes to produce. But it also Has the things you need last minute, they're open until 10pm and sometimes you can find some surprises in there. Love my dollar general!!”
“Nice way to spend a sunny Spring Sunday by walking the 15 minutes over to the Cleveland St. bisiness district, and barging around aisle by aisle. You'll always find something you need (or at least find useful or pretty).”

“I go to this store because it is convient and usually no complaints, mostly always friendly, but today the tall thin young man and a girl with purple hair were there and not paying attention more interested in ordering food. But the card reader didn't except my card with the chip so I swiped it and It asked for a pin, which I was going to use as credit card so I pushed the green button and everything cleared out so with 3 people behind me I proceed to redo it and the two were actually were rude and said more or less it was my fault, which I didn't appreciate at all, anyway I checked out, but seriously isn't customer service first???

“Went in for a few things. Sold out of decor we were looking for and only 1 string of ornaments left. Ladies were very helpful in checking in back. We were able to find 2 steings at other family dollar stores. Lake Ave. Elyria store.”
“I came in, in a rush for My son’s fifth birthday party had already went to severance places trying to get ballon’s blown up. Luckily this Nice Young Man offered to help and saved the Day! He was very nice and friendly and totally went out of his way! But the Manger was rude and jumped on to the employee for going out his way to help me”
“Just wanted to say I stopped in on 11-1-25 in the evening and the clerk at the counter was extremely polite and friendly.. Got things done quickly and glad I stopped. In signing out I think I hit the wrong button about being not satisfied...so i wanted to make sure the manager sees this to make sure she gets credit for being a good customer service clerk. “I go to Dollar General at least 4 times per week. In general I really like it they have a lot of things. But some things are definitely inferior to what you would buy in a regular store. There is something wrong with the product itself or Packaging.”

“Typical family dollar, it's true about the aisles being cluttered and disorganized. Lots of carts in the aisles with merchandise needing to be stocked. Plenty of parking with two entrances. If you are hauling a trailer or an RV, you could potentially pull in and exit through a separate drive with plenty of space.”
“This place to me is close for convenience. I needed chili powder. Came out with a few other items just incase I forgot I might need. Wore a mask a few other people in the store. Social distancing is practiced. They clean their buggies or carry baskets. Very helpful and friendly.”

“I had stopped going to this location because some of the employees were unpleasant. Too busy gossiping to answer questions but they have a new cashier who is always smiling and friendly.. A very nice change!”

“Great place to get balloons!I always go here for balloons for parties. They are cheap and have a nice selection to choose from. The store is always short staffed so I recommend going a few days early to order so they have time to get them ready. They always have them waiting and ready at the time I pick.”
