Very nice place, all the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be going back from now on. And their hours are perfect for a busy person like myself, that was our major issue with our previous vet their hours kept changing and not being late enough in the day made it really hard to keep up with my pets needs.

AMAZING!!
It took me ten years, but I finally found the veterinary practice I've been searching for! So many other clinics seemed more focused on profits than pets, but Dr. Nicely and their team are different. They genuinely care about animals and it shows. This was the first time I left a vet clinic feeling truly confident and happy with the care my pet received. If you're looking for a vet who puts your pet first, look no further. I can't recommend this place enough!

I have a dog that has serious anxiety going anywhere. I have my own anxiety issues. Anyway when a vet cares for both the anxiety of your pet and tries to accommodate you through yours at the time. That is saying something. I needed quickness at my dogs appointment due to having an anxiety attack of my own. They are awesome. They are amazing to my fur babies and take extra steps to care for my anxious lil guy. Been going here for years and can't see me taking my pups anywhere else. Dr. Nicely is so good with my dogs.

This place cares nothing about your animals and they use regular cutting torch oxygen for the animals in recovery very illegal .........I don't need to be in your system to know about your illegal use of regular oxygen on your patient animals for the last 20 years or more i use to deliver it to you and hook it up just ask the guy over there that gets his toothbrush scrubed thru the toilet everytime he argues with my mother maybe had i had a good experience with your vet services when my dog had a broken leg you wanted to charge me 5000 but instead I took him to wellington veterinarian got it done for 1100 my dog had no time to wait but I got it he's still alive ill let the FDA AND THE BOARD OF LICENSING know about it THANKS FOR YOUR TIME cheap skate

Our Springer Spaniel had a bump appear on his leg. Called Douds and was given a timely appointment. A biopsy was done and they called a few days later with some unfortunate news.
It was cancer and I was given some options for surgery. I chose to have his teeth cleaned while he was under anesthesia anyway. Everything went well I was given a call and updated in between procedures. I would highly recommend their office to anyone.

They are the Best Vet ever! Mr. And Mrs Doud and their staff are Very professional, honest and helpful. I tell Everyone about the . Anytime we need care for our dogs they are there for us and everyone so nice and helpfu . We are so grateful to have them for a vet. We also board our dogs there and they always come back happy...we dont worry when they are in Douds care.

Employee messed up on the pricing of my dog's eye surgery called me back try to switch the price and then told me they wouldn't serve my dog. I would get them a zero out of five if I could. The worst customer service I've ever seen

I took my dog to Douds clinic for the first time last month rather urgently. The vet I had been seeing previously was unable to get us in for a same day visit. The staff was professional and office is clean. I had been battling ongoing health issues with my dog, that took us to the vet monthly with no real cure. The doctor at Douds noticed my dog’s teeth were not the greatest. I scheduled a dental appointment and she got antibiotics. She is back to her old playful self after MONTHS of going back and forth at our previous vet. I’m so thankful for the staff at Douds!
