This location absolutely sucks. If you go in its slow motion. Good luck calling , they are not big on answering their phone. When these two choices do not work you can try their ATM machine. They have one (1) machine and its more like a slot machine. IF its working ( its been working less than 50/50 for me) its a crap shoot if you can make any transaction on it or get your own money. They have a new ATM machine and its worse than the old one it replaced. No idea if its a crap machine , crap people supporting it or both. I end up driving south and using a drive up ATM machine that works FAR better than one at a real bank location. When it was a bank prior with a different name it was great. The location did not change , management and the people did.

Do not bank here. They will charge you insane amounts of overdraft fees even if you bring your balance positive in the same day. I repeat do not bank here if you do not like banks that take your money at every opportunity

Been with this bank for well over 15 yrs. This branch is awful. Customers are their last priority; they’ll have 4 on staff, no other customers, and you still have to wait 10 mins while they meander around until finally deciding to wait on the customer in front of them. Really awful. Bank mgr used to be great and staff was fairly responsive then but that’s all changed.

Never dealt with a bank that if you have a checking account and a loan through them that they cant make a payment over the phone. Corporate office is even worse.

I had to change our business account to another bank, they couldn't figure out how to take an automatic payment, Pittsburgh office couldn't do it. They kept taking it out of personal account, then charge overdraft when it didn't go through.

Staff at bank are nice and helpful. I don't like there practice of charging 37.00 for money taken out sameDay as I replace it in night deposit or next day. I need a bank to give 24 hour time frame. If this were changed they would be great bank...

Cashed a check there and they call the next day to inform me they have to “re process” it because of a error on their end. So currently have no money available on my card and they have done nothing but give me the runaround. Do yourself a favor and drive another 10 minutes away to get service.

Probably the worst bank I've ever dealt with over 60 years. ATM ate my card when I tried to withdraw money. When I went into the bank to retrieve it i could not get it back. The reason? I hadn't used it in the past 3 months. Excuse me?! Shouldn't a bank be delighted I keep money there so they can use? One of the more asinine rationalizations I've ever heard in a "business" setting. Moreover I cannot use a card until they issue a new one -- 7 business days after first request. Next day I tried to transfer $10,000 from my account to my son's as a partial down payment on his new home. Was told I could only send $5,000 per week -- a federal recommendation. So I sent if from my Hawai'i account. When I asked them there if there was a federal regulation prohibiting me from doing this they said no. And did I mention the manager's snarky attitude while I tried to remain pleasant? Original clerk had the decency to be really embarrassed. Guess who's looking for a new local bank.

Wonderful staff and I love the manger, she is kind and helpful. Everyone there is always pleasant and makes for a smooth quick transaction.
