“Back in the area again and needed a storage unit to rent until I find my new home. Have had the pleasure of working with Zach. I had a slight problem with the latch screw coming loose. Zach assured me he'd get to it as soon as possible since he is not onsite. He also assured me that my contents would be fine because of the way they're designed. I being exhausted from a long cross country move asked him why this wasn't checked prior. Zach could of blamed someone else, he didn't. He could have lied, he didn't. He in turn took the blame for it. I don't think I could have appreciated him more at that point. So refreshing for someone to be honest. When he was able to come out to fix it, he notified me. Two person minor job for sure. I assisted with my simple task. Since then Zach has checked back in to make sure all was working well. The unit was clean and not as costly as some I checked into. If a semi is bringing in your belongings, my suggestion would be to find another storage facility. I was warned about tight entrance when I rented it so once again , the honesty was there.”

“Easy to sign up and rent units . Plus they do regular security checks to assure that your unit is latched and locked , and notify renter that there is an issue that requires attention.”

“It’s been good so far but I haven’t stored my stuff yet, so I can’t fully say. While there were some technical discrepancies on the website compared to the information I received via email, customers service was really prompt in ensuring my questions were answered and that my issues were sorted.”
