“I just reserved and paid for my unit on Friday. On Sunday I went to load some of my items in the storage but I could not get my code to work at the gate. I called the number, that was visibly displayed, and immediately received help and was able to get a temporary code to get through the gate. Everyone since sign-up has been incredibly helpful and kind and courteous as well.”
