Been there before and bought a few cars. Nice selection, nice staff, nice store. Took my mth crane there to have it restrung. They had it 6 months. After 4 months I called them, they had not fixed it. 5 months I called them, not fixed. 6 months I went up there, not fixed. They called me a week later saying they can't fix it, no charge. Took it to work and showed 2 friends who have never seen a train car. Using pictures from the web and some blind luck, fixed it ourselves in about 2 hours. Will not be going back there at all.

Clyde and Brian are very friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask. If you don't see what you're looking for, they'll help you find it or order it for you. Excellent selection of O gauge engines, cars, buildings, landscape, etc. Well worth the trip.

O SCALE ONLY. i dont know why its not made clear, so i will. (i drove 4hrs round trip to find that out)they have an amazing selection of everything you could ever want for your O scale layout. & they were friendly.

Stockyard Express is one of the outstanding model train stores is the USA. With a wide selection of trains and a knowledgeable service team they a go to train star in not only Ohio but. The Midwest and Canada.

Great place just bought a lionel polar express car flat car from them.. If you have lionel or any other make you have to go see the place .. Never seen so many trains and accessories.. Nicest people you will ever meet ..... And buy from !!!!

i called and spoke to the owner (clyde) about the train cars which were sent to me. i had spoken to one of his staff yesterday and she agreed that the color of the actual cars was not as represented in the picture on the internet. when i spoke w "clyde" he said that if i wanted to return them he was going to charge me for return freight, a 3% fee for the use of the american express and a restocking fee of 15%. his attitude was rude and very condescending. i would not buy anything from stockyard express if they were the last train store on the planet!

The guys there were awesome! Had my 4 year old there and they were the best with him. Turning trains on and asking him about his trains. Their selection is incredible.

Good prices good selection and a great staff and they are very helpful. And they are good at fixing modal trains. If you have a o scale train I recommend this place.

Amazing place. 2 operational layouts. Plenty of engines, freight and passenger cars, track and accessories. Good prices.
