I was treated so well by the staff at the Oberlin location,the salesperson took her time with me and was so nice!!! I'm older so I'm not tech savey....she went above and beyond helping me and I love my new phone!!!! I highly recommend the Oberlin Verizon Store,I can't say enough good things about them
