“If you're looking for options & colors come here! Everything is very reasonably priced. They are always getting new stuff in & I spend at least an hour taking it all in every time I'm there. It's always so hard to choose what I want because I want everything! Dresses, tops, T's, shorts, jeans, shoes accessories & perfumes!! They have dressing rooms so you can try on before you buy which is super nice! The ladies that run it are all really friendly & helpful”

“I had a problem wearing a new pair of the same style shoe from Skechers that I always buy. It seemed they may have been made wrong. I went to get a different pair and mentioned it to Tabitha, the kind salesperson there, and she said she could credit them to me in a return for another pair. I didnt expect that. I had never returned a pair of shoes in my life. Well, she was also very helpful in pointing out the wide shoes for me to choose from. I left here with two new well fitting comfortable shoes. I truly appreciate Tabitha for her professionalism and understanding with my issue. I will continue to be loyal to Skechers and to that Lorain store in particular. “Typically I only come to this store for the sephora but today I made a clothing purchase. The lady running the register was getting overwhelmed when a younger girl opened a second register to help out. This particular sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how kohls cash works. I recommend this Kolhs location over others as the staff seems like they actually want to help!”
