BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!!! 😡😡I have used this company on other occasions from previous owner up until current owner. I had no problems with previous owner but I recently asked if they could wrap the wheels on my spyder. I made the appointment with Dawnetta who runs the office and Brandon the installer did the work the end of July 2024. Initially I thought the work was ok. But as I began to wipe my wheels down when cleaning my bike I noticed the work was not nearly as good as I initially thought. The lines were not straight and over the next week or two i noticed a bubble here and there. So I decided to get my wheels redone but I chose another shop which was recommended by a fellow spyder rider. Brandon has had to redo a couple of other things on my bike so I decided not to use their service any longer. After I dropped my bike off at the new shop on Aug 27th I received a call from the owner asking if I knew my rims were all scratched up with razor blade marks from the wrap previously done. He sent me photos. The owner wanted to make sure I was aware the marks were there and that he did not do the damage. So I immediately contacted Dawnetta and sent her photos. Her response to me was not I'm sorry you are not happy with the work or I'm sorry to hear about your rims. Her response was "why are you just now bringing it to our attention." Well duh I couldn't let you know until I knew. The marks weren't discovered until I decided to get the work redone and the wrap was removed from my rims. The photos below show the razor marks and the photo with the wrap shows the croocked lines and bubbles. Dawnetta asked me what I would like to see happen. I told her I wanted my rims recoated or replaced. I got no response. The next day I asked to speak with the owner. Of course the owner according to her was conveniently out of the country. So the next day I asked for the name and number of the owner. She has completely stopped replying to my messages. So her no response let's let know that they don't care about what they are responsible for concerning their customers property. So be careful who you choose to allow to work of your vehicle. This company is not customer service oriented.

Horrible place.I worked there for 7 years, my kids even grew up in that shop then this new owner (Nick) comes in and gets rid of me for no reason I was the only reason that shop was even still running now there's no one there that knows what they are doing. HIGHLY do not recommend...
