Renting From Facility over 10 year has both indoor & outdoor. had issue with Prior Management in Past an was Resolve. Spoke with New Management about a few issue an seem to be getting a Hard time. Facility Has Rats/Mice & Structal Damage which can cause Building Collapse. Spoke with Manager a request to speak with owner manager state that she handle all that. However I need to get bait on inside to get rid of Mice such a moth ball Etc. Seem very unfair an that I was told to do an Extermination job as a tenant. Last incendent I was told they are improving Facility. Painting doors an got all Paint on my Product store for my Business. I had referral a few tenant over the years an recently Please do your Research.. @highlight @columbusohio @obetzohio

Since the ownership change this Storage facility has made great improvements to their units and to the security of the lot. Staff has always been very pleasant and easy to work with. Prices are comparable or better then most bigger chains. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Absolutely amazing 24-hour access company for storage trucks anything customer service is fantastic crystal is fantastic never had any issues since they took over I highly recommend!!!!!

Had this storage unit for some time now . We sold our house and rented a big unit from prior owners was then sold...they started to redo the place.I received a text saying my card didn't work I received a new card with updated number and paid it no issues. I have had it a couple years and never went back very often. I went that night to see how things were and my lock is gone she said I have the original in the office they don't have it I opened the door and it's trashed other people's stuff in it alot of my tools and stuff I can remember is gone probably 8k worth ...well she says there's nothing she can do happend when the other company was there she said no way that's true the paint markings are on the door from my lock that was on there. Place is a joke speaking with attorney currently to see my options.

The new owner's are awesome and the staff here is amazingas well as very understanding and attentive to needs. They are also cleaning up the property very well. I personally have 3 spots here and much easier access then alot of places

My contents are continuing to get ruined from a roof leak in both my rental units. Not only that but every month I pay numerous late charges due to living out of state and them NEVER answering their phone! Cannot wait to transfer what's left, if anything. Ugh ?. It's awful, I'd used this company for over 10 years and never had a single issue. Left a couple years and came back and this is what I get! ?

I just came across an ad for FM role at $14/hr. Facility Manager don't make $14/hr. Try starting out $60k a year for someone green. Do your research... and burger king pays more than $14/hr what the heck. Geez. Don't make my profession look cheap. Use another term an ad like general manager, college kids welcome. Start it out at $18/hr min for that role. No facility manager will even consider speaking to you or give you feed back but I feel its necessary for you to understand what you are doing.

Trailer broke into 3 times in 2 weeks. Cameras don't work. No one on site has any idea what to do.The office opens late and closes early. Do not rent here.

My son has had a storage for nearly 2years with this company. He went to take everything out a few days ago and almost everything was ruined by a roof leak, a big roof leak. They did nothing about this...Do Not rent from these people!!! DO NOT!!!
