“This was the first shop I went to in search of my wedding dress and it was such a great experience! All of the staff was friendly and made me and my group feel welcome. The shop is clean and bright and they had such a good selection of dresses. I worked with Fawn and she was so sweet and was so good at listening to what I wanted. She was very patient and they even let me come in a second time to try on my top choice again and spend as much time as I needed to make a decision and take pictures. She even offered my friend and I champagne! I would recommend this place to any of my friends, it was such a positive experience and they helped make fantastic memories of finding my dream dress!”

“Let me just start by saying Sarah is a living Angel that God blessed me with. I bought a dress in PA that when it came in to have a fitting did not fit at all in my arms there was no way to put on. I went to two separate seamstresses that said there was nothing they could do or it would be too difficult. So, then I got a return call from a voicemail that I had left although feeling hopeless. Literally, from the moment Sarah called me she was positive and assuring that she could help me and accepted the challenge. She did the alterations on the arms first and once that was done to perfection she scheduled to do some alterations to the bodice and then the length. I picked up my dress today and it is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it to my son's wedding. It as if it were made for me. I can't say enough about Sarah and her business I hope God blesses her with all of the success and prosperity that she truly deserves. If I could give her more stars I would. ..highly recommend!!! she is a true artist and so lovely inside and out.”

“I said yes to the dress at Liliana Bridal! Let me start, Kat was so easy to work with and made me feel so comfortable and seen with the dresses she picked for me to try on, she grabbed dresses that were either from the reference photos I showed her or certain styles I requested. She wasn't pushy, and you could tell she loved what she did as a job and was passionate about it. She made me feel so confident and was also honest about any flaws she saw in the dress or if I was making a face like I didn't like the dress. I could not have asked for a better bridal stylist. I am so glad me and my mom traveled up from Columbus and I would do it 100 times again. Such a great experience, and such an amazing atmosphere. The dressing rooms were also spacious and amazing and clean. And the bridal boutique itself was absolutely gorgeous with the layout of the dresses and the entrance way. Another note to add to brag about Kat, Kat was not only amazing to work with but so professional, I emailed her a few days earlier before the appointment seeing if they carried a specific dress, she quickly responded and tried to assist me and answer all of my questions as much as she could. This is the best bridal experience I've had and I had been to 5 different bridal places before Lilianas Bridal house. I highly recommend to any bride that they check out Lilianas bridal house! “I bought a bridesmaid dress from here for a wedding that was supposed to happen in October 2023. While my friend's wedding never happened, I still kept the dress to use for a future wedding. Actually, I had to keep the almost $200 dress because no returns are possible. SERVICE -- Excellent service. I booked an appointment in May 2023 with stylist Brielle S., at the Cleveland location showroom. I arrived with my friend who was another bridesmaid. My appointment was smooth and Brielle was very helpful. She took my measurements and helped me adjust the dress with clips when I put it on. The bride, who does not live in Ohio, already had the dress that she wanted the bridesmaids to wear so all I had to do was come try the dress on then either order it in the store or order it at home online. While the specific colour, light blue ("cloudy") was not available to try on, I tried on a pink colour just to get an idea of how the dress would fit. Specifically, here is the dress style that I bought -- Designer: Dessy Group Style: BB123 Fabric: Lux Chiffon, Color: Cloudy Size: 8 (I'm normally a size 6 but I ordered a bit bigger due to the style of this dress where the shoulder area is more snug or tight) Extra Length: Yes I recommend Bella Bridesmaid for your dress needs. They are both attentive, soft spoken and have a very experienced eye for the right fit, color and alterations. We were very pleased and felt very taken care of for my daughters Senior Prom.
