This post office is broke will someone please fix it. Certified mail can not get there lost one day after I paid $14.xx to send it . Bills paid not making to the location Four Times this week alone . I lost 2 deals $8500 because thy could not deliver a simple letter to Illinois. I have never missed finance payment in my life, Now two in a row did not make it though sent weeks before they were due. Will someone get off their butt and remove this worthless agency from doing business It does not work to many free loaders in this system doing nothing Please get them removed .

I want to give a big gold star to a mail carrier named Mohammed, he delivers to our building and could not be any kinder! He always have a smile and a hello to all the residents and does a great job! He really stands out as someone who loves their job and the people on his route, we need more people like him in this world!

Scheduled a passport appointment for my toddler son and arrived 10 min early with my son, husband, and all required documentation, as requested. I was told to we had to wait an hour because the “qualified person” was on a lunch break. We then came back and still were given the runaround. For a SCHEDULED APPT. Never got paperwork submitted. My husband and I have to coordinate our schedules to both be there- so wasted an entire day off for that. So unprofessional. Unacceptable. Wish I could give zero stars.

I visit this post office often and have always had great service from postal workers with great attitudes. Nobody walks into a business at 4:59 with a bunch of packages to process knowing they close at 5:00. That's nasty and inconsiderate.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Every time I come to this post office they tell me they can't mail back a package and I have to go back to another location, if people ask questions or have a lot of return items and it is close to closing they tell them they need to leave. If you are in line by 5 and they don't service you and it is after 5 they tell you you need to leave and come back. Maybe it is the post office as a whole and not the team members but regardless our tax dollars fund the post office you would think they would be nicer at least helpful. We don't want to come in anymore than you want us there but can you try to be helpful? If yiur door says you are open until 5 pm, and someone walks in at 4 :59 or someone does have a large return and people have to wait, can you at least take the people who are already in line? If you don't want to work customer service and you want a job that affords you to leave on time you need to do the post office. And shame on the post office if that is your policy. No wonder people want to get rid of the post office.

I use this Post Office quite often. The folks that work here are always friendly, helpful, I enjoy talking with both of them. I don’t get the negative ratings, especially complaining about not giving away free packing tape???

I was given the wrong passport application from the clerk at the post office filled it out, sent it in with both fees paid in full. I received a letter from the department of state telling me I completed the wrong application and was required to complete the proper form AND pay the same post office another 35$ processing fee. I will NEVER use this post office again!!!

Only post office in the area that complains if you bring in more than 5 prepaid mail packages. Lady at the counter wants to argue if you do. Shouldn’t have to feel that I have to go to another post office if I got more than 5 packages.

As of late there's been attitude from employees, and they are sometimes closed at random hours during the middle of the day. Probably due to staffing issues. Hopefully for the people who work there and for local residents who rely on this post office, this gets addressed soon.

Absolutely horrible in the last six months. They don’t deliver the mail until 630 at night and when they do, you’re not getting all the mail that it shows you’re supposed to get for that day.
