We just went through the drive in pharmacy, had 2 scripts called in for my mother. Kid handed us a script, never mentioned that the pain patch needed a authorization, so once we saw we didn't get the patch we had to turn around and go inside! KNOW YOUR JOB!!!!!

We arrived at 1:10, well before their scheduled closing time of 1:30, and waited in line until the person in front of us took over 10 minutes to have their prescriptions handed to them. By the time they finally had their prescriptions and left, it had just turned 1:30 so they shut the shutter on us even though we were the last car and had waited all that time. I understand that they have a scheduled break time but to just be ignored after waiting is just plain rude. If they would’ve taken just 2 minutes to help with a simple prescription pickup, this frustration could’ve been avoided completely

6 days and still waiting for my prescription to be transferred. I stopped in to check on it TWICE and I called and left a message to be called TWICE (they did return one of the calls) They LOST my information and blamed the other pharmacy - NOW they no longer have my meds as prescribed. Gave the last one away to some one else even though if was promised to me. They are VERY rude and condescending to seniors ! Go somewhere else.

I had an infuriating experience at the Bagley Road CVS Pharmacy (#4811) on December 10, 2024, regarding a prescription for hypoallergenic formula for my daughter.
Our pediatrician sent the prescription to this location, and we received a text message stating it wasn’t covered and to contact the pharmacy. My wife used the link provided in the text to inquire about the cost. Someone from the pharmacy called her shortly after, but when she couldn’t answer, they didn’t bother leaving a voicemail. She called back and spoke to a woman who said she needed to check the out-of-pocket cost. My wife was then placed on hold for nearly eight minutes. During this time, we could hear staff in the background guessing prices—$20 per bottle, $300 for four bottles, and so on. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
Since we were nearby, we decided to drive to the pharmacy to avoid further delays. At the drive-through, we were told the prescription needed to be ordered and would cost $203. We decided to hold off and check prices online. When we later called back to proceed with the prescription, another woman told us only one bottle was available for $20 and that ordering more wasn’t allowed due to vendor restrictions. This was the exact opposite of what we had been told earlier, which only added to our frustration.
My wife asked to speak to a manager to clarify the conflicting information. When Nick, the manager, got on the phone, he immediately interrupted her as she tried to explain the situation. He rudely claimed the prescription was for powder formula, not liquid, and had the audacity to tell her, “I’m trying to talk. Don’t cut me off.” She hadn’t even finished explaining the issue before he cut her off. This dismissive and condescending behavior was infuriating.
At this point, I took over the call, and Nick’s tone completely shifted. He was calm, patient, and didn’t interrupt me. It was glaringly obvious that he treated my wife differently, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. This disparity in behavior strongly suggested he didn’t take her concerns seriously.
Nick eventually claimed the confusion stemmed from staff referencing liquid formula when the prescription was supposedly for powder. However, if the doctor prescribed liquid, why would the pharmacy unilaterally decide to change it without consulting us or the doctor? This is beyond inappropriate.
The lack of consistency, professionalism, and basic respect at this location is appalling. My wife even contacted CVS corporate customer service, but the email form’s character limit prevented her from fully explaining the situation. Customers deserve clear, respectful, and accurate communication, and this experience was the exact opposite.
CVS needs to address the glaring issues at this location immediately. The staff’s behavior, especially Nick’s, was completely unacceptable, and the way my wife was treated is something I won’t forget. If CVS values its customers, it must ensure situations like this don’t happen again

Never had a problem here until today! I was given a prescription in Dec. - pharmacist told me it is good for 6 months. I call today and this rude pharmacist told me I will have to get a new prescription because this was issued last year! I said, "WHAT?". He said it was up to "HIS" discretion! What a jerk and completely contrary info I was given by this same pharmacy 2 mos ago. I will never use this pharmacy again and am pulling all prescriptions and going to a different place.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Absolutely the most rude and disrespectful pharmacist ever!! I’ve used this CVS for almost 3 years and never had an issue until today. My husband is very sick and needed his prescriptions. I got a new insurance (my work changed it not me) and I went in to ask if they were in network and could fill the prescription. They refused to help me and said I should call Walgreens and pay out of pocket. My insurance company website is down and the customer service number on the card only has representatives available Monday through Friday. (Today is Saturday) so I had no way of knowing who was in network. The pharmacist acted like he was high and mighty and said “yeah he can write your name down (and shoo’ed the employee to go do it) and maybe we will get to it but we just opened and we have a lot of other peoples medications” and rolled his eyes. I was there an hour and 20 minutes after they opened. Extremely rude and I said “based on this interaction I would NEVER use this pharmacy because you were extremely unhelpful and rude.” He started to back talk and I walked away. Cannot even believe CVS would employ someone so incredibly rude to their coworkers and their customers. Went to Walgreens and they were very helpful and the customer behind me in line at Walgreens also said CVS was extremely rude to her. Not just a fluke. How disappointing.

Pharmacist is lazy and didn’t want to fill my prescription because they were closing soon (13 minutes). I had to drive 15 minutes to a different store because he wouldn’t do his job.

Pharmacy techs are rude. They need training in customer service. I asked a question by phone and he hung up on me. Who does that? So disappointed in how unprofessional that was
