You would think that a customer who comes there 1 to 3 times a week, gets her prescriptions there, buys food there, is a long time cvs xtra bucks reward fan, would be able to get a break when she forgets her cvs card. But no, nope, apparently those $2.00 are more important than all the other $ she has and would have spent there. Yeah send your customers back and forth to the pharmacist and the the front counter; just treat them like pinballs because that's great service. And whatever you do, make sure you get those $2 because you're not gonna get another chance. Morons

Called to confirm walk in flu shots were allowed. Went up there only to have the rudest technician tell me no. Her claim was they were swamped with 40 covid boosters. Sure. You opened an hour before I got there. Since I was the only one standing at the pharmacy, you could have done the shot, but no. Someone just wanted to be as nasty as possible. You think I would have learned my lesson when a little over a year ago the pharmacist filled the wrong prescription for me. Don't go here. Drive a little farther and go to drug mart.

I am at the Olmsted township, Ohio location. I was online and printed about 450 pictures. I understand that the estimated time would probably take longer. Lady on phone said they were done so I went to the store and they were not. I had to wait, meanwhile I asked could I have the ones already complete and she said I had to pay for them. I had already put in my card information when ordering and it was pending in my credit card app. On my end they absolutely were paid for.She called over another guy, who she claims is a manager, but if that's the case that is a whole other situation because this mad had NO CUSTOMER service. He kept wanting to double charge my card or told me to sit on the phone with customer service. He did not give any other comfort in the whole situation and barely said a word. Mind you these are for my wedding on this Thursday. Customer service lady on the phone was fine but also had no solution... told me it could take up to 48 hours! That puts me at a day before my wedding. So now I'm told to wait. Between being misinformed about my completed order, to payment of the pictures, and just overall treatment I received at the store and on the phone is asinine to me. This is the closest location to my home and go to spot for something quick, photo, and most importantly pharmacy- you'd think people would at very least be a little nicer.Looking for a solution to the list of my concerns as I had to leave the store looking at my 450 pictures sitting on the counter that need to be arranged for my wedding Thursday.

Rude customer service at this location.Not exactley service with a smile.Always feel like it is an inconvenience taking care or customer.

The pharmacy at this location has the friendliest people I have dealt with at any pharmacy. They will go out of their way to help you with your medications. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the high food item prices and most of the sales items, you are forced to buy two to get the sales price.
