First time bringing my vehicle here and it was a wonderful experience. My service agent was Alex, and he was very communicative and did a great job working with me on what issues needed prioritized before my road trip out of state. I really appreciate how prompt the service was, and feel like the prices were reasonable. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Exceptional service. Very thorough inspection. Only came in for oil change and tire rotation. But they also did Echeck and cleaned rear brakes. All for $87. I’ve had places like Conrad’s charge $100 just for oil change and rotation

Had basically all the regular maintenance issues addressed for a 60,000 mile “checkup.” All major filter and fluid replacement (trans, differential, air, brakes, cabin, coolant, etc.), undercarriage, muffler, tires, battery check. Used a loaner car for free for two days. Service was very friendly, they explained everything thoroughly, and the work quality exceeded my expectations. Total cost was about $2300.

I went to this mechanic after hitting a dead deer on the turnpike at 1am. I was moving cross country and after hitting the animal, my car was making a horrible rattling sound. They were able to fit me in an hour and a half after I called the next morning when I told them the situation. Luckily, it was just a piece bent back that was rattling on a pipe, easy fix. I am so grateful for their ability to squeeze me in for this emergent situation. The mechanics and the front desk ladies were so kind. Thank you for your help! I’m so thankful 😁

Cory and the entire staff. from our experience have always been friendly and inviting to our family. They are very honest and straightforward with their work and the process. Even if no work is needed, I always bring our vehicles in at least once a year for a safety check because I trust there thoroughness and there honesty. Where to begin. Paid for loyalty program, one benefit is to have preferred access to appointments. Took 2 weeks to get appointment. Didn’t have part, completely understandable, however, would not have our vehicle for a week. No “loaner” car available, which is one of the “benefits” they promote. Bottom line, unless you are retired and/or don’t care if you will be without a car for a week, or don’t mind waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, don’t bother.

Let me begin by saying that I have always received good service here. However, the last time we took the car in was disappointing. We knew what was wrong with the car from a previous diagnostic done (another company) yet they insisted we had to have one done by them adding another 200.00 to the bill. Disappointing, especially when you are on one income due to government shutdown.

1st time at Olmsted Auto Care.
The service was outstanding! The digital maintenance inspection is a very useful tool. There was no pressure to get any service done. It was suggested what immediate repair was needed.
* as there was a slight problem after the work was done, Monday morning I stopped in and Steve heard the noise and it was a quick fix.
I will be a returning customer.
