“Drug Mart pharmacy #84 has the absolute best customer service. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy and their staff that makes you feel welcome and they always go the extra mile to help me ! Rich and Yara the pharmacists , Zachary, Jordan and Jonathan are always so prompt, friendly and helpful ! They need to be recognized and treated for their service and care. I worked in Oncology for a long time and dealt with pharmacies regularly and this pharmacy and staff here in Strongsville are top notch ! I would highly recommend!”

“This is a great local store that has everything you need. I think of it more as a mini Walmart than a local grocery store. The prices are comparable to any local store. It's not inexpensive by any means, but it is convenient and not higher than whatI'd expect from any comparable store. Having said that, it sometimes feels like they're trying to do too much. It's like they're trying to offer too much. The store often feels claustrophobic to me- with any open space shoved to the brim with merchandise. And it's not necessarily essential merchandise. For example- they have a DVD bin. Is that necessary? Also, near the produce are a few racks of clothes and dresses. Are there a bunch of locals looking to try on dresses at their local drug mart? I think space would have been better served by offering less stuff and maybe more produce. I do feel like they offer interesting food and flavors sometimes. It's interesting to see what impulse items they have on the side shelves. The workers are always very nice and personable and are a bright spot to every visit. If I were to offer a suggestion- decrease the items you offer by 15-20% to make more space in the store. Get rid of items that make the store feel dated and junkie like DVD's and weird clothes. And focus on all the other great stuff you do offer.”
“I have been a customer of this Drug Mart for many years . I have never had a problem or issue with them. Their cashiers and other employees are friendly and eager to help when needed. The pharmacists and Pharmacy employees are top-notch. I wouldn’t use any other Pharmacy.”

“The pharmacist and technicians are fairly pleasant to talk to and they have all your pharmaceutical needs. And they have text when your script is ready, but I have not gotten a text after signing up 3 times and asking a tech just as many. Still a good concept though”
“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”
“Discount Drug mart has always been there since I was a kid and my grandmother and grandfather has always shop there and my mother in law gets her vitamins and perc. And I buy Olay body wash and fresh green beans in a clear bag, they were very delicious and delightful. They have great summer clothes and flip flops etc.. They Customers Service providers are great and Cashier very friendly.”

“It's a huge store and the closeouts there are awesome. Everything is very neat there. Can I see me like everything is on the shelves like perfectly straight and like perfect distance apart with your odd but it's very comforting in a strange way. I don't know how they maintain that but every time I'm there it's the same exact way. I highly recommend stopping if you're in Brunswick, I don't think you will be disappointed even if it's just to see the products lined up all nice and neat lol.”

“I’ve transferred all my prescriptions here from CVS on Ridge in Parma. I have been to the pharmacy here a few times now and have never had any problems. My prescriptions have been ready in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff is always friendly/helpful. I have also called here a few times and they pharmacy staff gives the same great customer service over the phone as in person.
I have only shopped the main store twice now for a few items I was out of, not a full grocery list. I’m not as familiar with this location as the Giant Eagles in Parma. This location is organized way different and the isles are angled a weird way. I’m not sure that I like it. It could be to that I’m just not used to the set up. The workers at the front end were friendly both times I shopped and efficient.”

“Had a recent experience with a new medication that was going to cost over $125 using my insurance card. The staff member offered to look up what it would be using a different discount card, which ended up bringing the cost down to $25. This saved me not only on this visit but makes the prescribed medication more feasible for the long term. Thank you!”
“Would be 5 stars, but your self checkouts aren’t able to be used without the single self check person (the self check people are kind, I’m sure they don’t get paid enough) running back and forth between 6 registers (upgrade those self checks or get rid of them at this point everyone complains about them every time I’m there), and then the middle aged bald guy with blue eyes at the customer service counter seemed super annoyed to help my mother check out when she had mostly discounted items so she couldn’t use the self check when she tried and the self check person directed her to go there for help. Floor staff are always helpful.”

“They had the gum I was looking for in stock, and as a bonus they have some strawberry milk that looks good. All of those were a fair price. I like the addition of self-checkouts so I don't have to wait in line, but I wish I could use my Marc's gift card at the self-checkout without requiring an employee to assist.”

“Noah in the photo department was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was visiting my elderly mother from out-of-state and he made a job that I thought would be time-consuming and challenging to be easy and fun. It was done within 10 minutes, it totally made my day! I really enjoyed working with him, he is an fantastic employee! And he did all of this while also handling the numerous customers that came in for FedEx and other photo orders.”
