“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

Just a simple call and get them delivered to my job where I can sign for them. Always excellent customer care service and fast delivery on medication. Would definitely recommend if you are dealing with a workman's comp case. Aboutbthe only good thing to deal with when dealing with WC.”
“Well, after reading some of the reviews below, I’m just shocked. Strongsville Drug Mart on prospect is the most spectacular store anywhere. I pick up a lot at the pharmacy and those people are stupendous. Jordan will always be my favorite, but there are others and every single one of them is like greeting people with sunshine The deli is wonderful. The store has a lot of products everything I could ever want and it’s always clean and organized. I consider this “ my store”. Thanks guys, For everything you do!”

“Would be 5 stars, but your self checkouts aren’t able to be used without the single self check person (the self check people are kind, I’m sure they don’t get paid enough) running back and forth between 6 registers (upgrade those self checks or get rid of them at this point everyone complains about them every time I’m there), and then the middle aged bald guy with blue eyes at the customer service counter seemed super annoyed to help my mother check out when she had mostly discounted items so she couldn’t use the self check when she tried and the self check person directed her to go there for help. Floor staff are always helpful.”
“I just went to drop off a Fed X package today and the gentleman that came to help(not sure of the name but had a white shirt and tie on) came to greet me swiftly, with a smile, and was very nice. After a rough day of shopping with very rude customer service this made my day. Thank you!”
“I'm at Marc's at least once a week. The store by me is smaller, so there are some things that I do need to go to the grocery store. Otherwise I do most of my shopping there.”
“I’ve transferred all my prescriptions here from CVS on Ridge in Parma. I have been to the pharmacy here a few times now and have never had any problems. My prescriptions have been ready in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff is always friendly/helpful. I have also called here a few times and they pharmacy staff gives the same great customer service over the phone as in person.
I have only shopped the main store twice now for a few items I was out of, not a full grocery list. I’m not as familiar with this location as the Giant Eagles in Parma. This location is organized way different and the isles are angled a weird way. I’m not sure that I like it. It could be to that I’m just not used to the set up. The workers at the front end were friendly both times I shopped and efficient.”
“I had an excellent experience with Tasneem when she administered my flu shot today. She was incredibly respectful, kind, and professional, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a flu shot”
“I had an issue with a glass jar of almond butter. While stirring the contents of the jar, the butter knife I was using popped through the bottom of the jar, and I almost got cut by the huge glass shard. Needless to say, the almond butter was rendered useless. I called the Southland store, and a helpful manager by the name of Tyler told me to bring in the store receipt, and they would make an exchange. I did just that, and Dorian at customer service was efficient in assisting me.
Both of these gentlemen were very professional and very empathetic, and they are great ambassadors for the Marc’s brand. Kudos to both of them!”

“As expected during the Christmas season Walmart was extremely busy. But with that said. Every cashier station was in operation. Now I've been to many Walmarts band I've never seen them all running. This was awesome to be able to get in and out in a very fast amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“Angela is so pleasant at the pharmacy, my daughter left something and she called me to even tell me about it ! She didn’t have to do that! overall we always have a good customer service experience… we do have to wait occasionally because they may be out of stock if a prescription but usually they have it within the next 24 hours… the only thing is, with me using this pharmacy for over 2.5 years , I have NEVER seen more than one person working the lines so I have waited up to 45 minutes before and that is a bit excessive as I usually do have my baby with me”
