Really like this fridge I rented but now its has to go back because they will rent you stuff and expect you to hook it up and when you ask for help they want you to hook it up so u can break it and they can make you pay for it. Makes no sense to me you'll rent shit out to folks but won't help u hook it up? Wouldn't you think if you didn't want the shit broke you'd hook it up. 🤔

Aaron's hasn't been here in Marion for a few years now but they do other stores in nearby towns. I have to give Aaron's an A+. The employees went the extra mile for me. Their prices and terms are much better than the other places and the items they have are great and of excellent quality.

Thought this is a rent to own place but I got turned down and said they wouldn't rent to me didn't give me a reason why I just said my application was turned out this is a rent-to-own place they can't be serious you all are jokes

I will never be shopping here again. Worst customer service. Had a tv for less than a year and it had to be switched. They switched it out, then the second one also is now doing the same thing and they refuse to fix it. Now ive spent over 1000 on a dumb tv that didnt even last a year

I ask to pause my account I had something come up and they said no problem so what do they do took money out of my account any way when I ask them not to so when my stuff is paid off I will never shop there again and I will not refer them to anyone they do what they want and that is wrong people have stuff come up and ask them to do something they should if they don’t want to lose customers but like I said I done with Aaron’s I will take my business elsewhere piss on Aaron’s explain why a lot of them have went out of business

Worst shopping experience ever customer service was absolutely horrendous! The girl who helped me was rude and did not have any knowledge of what I was looking for even though it was out for over 5 years! Since we wasn’t going to buy something right then she immediately had an attitude and there was another employee setting on his phone on the furniture while we where trying to look I won’t be going back!

I came in to look for a new electric stove and a refrigerator. I showed myself around and they didn't seem to have much. Very unprofessional to not have people in sales at least greet you when you come in or even try to interest you in anything. The guy out back smoking...I was able to get his attention but he didn't even work there. When the people who supposedly worked there came out...They must have been on drugs and I was completely uninterested at that point.

Horrible Service took a month to get furniture delivered payed for insurance and they refused to repair calling flat cushions after a year normal wear and tear Furniture paid off and they are still charging account for their otherwise useless insurance DO Not buy from this place
