I had a reservation for a mid-size car. They didn't have one available at the reservation time or even by the time they closed. I ended up in a mid-size SUV crossover. It was nice, but not at all what I wanted. Before it came in, I thought I was going to be forced into either a Suburban or a 3/4 ton truck.

Thank you to the team at Enterprise in Mansfield. Before even delivering our rental, they noticed it had a mechanical issue and promptly set up another rental for us from another location. Even though we had to wait a little extra past our pick up time for the new rental to be delivered, the whole process went smoothly.
