Very compassionate! Dr Rachel saw us. It was a Saturday, so our normal vet was not open. They took no time to call us back after leaving a voicemail. The receptionist ( wish I remembered her name, sorry). She was so sweet and amazing. All of the staff was. Our Lil 18 year old princess was not well anymore or able to walk. Made us feel ok. Reassuring this is hard but had to be done. Very sympathetic. I could not have asked for a better experience for such a hard experience. Thank you all for the help and compassion.

I love the care provided by Dr Alyssa. We followed her from another clinic to Animal Medical Center of Ontario. The care and time spent was wonderful. Dr Alyssa treated my new pup like I feel she would treat her own. My only complaint was the 30 minute wait after the appointment. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Definitely recommend this office for your pet's care.

Employees are very caring, friendly and helpful. Notified me daily of condition of my pet and of any changes in her condition. Would highly recommend them if you care for your pet

I had just the best exsoeriance with my dog. The staff was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time communicating to me about many topics. I will definitely be returning. I enjoyed our visit.

They charged me way more than they said they would and then told me all the stuff my animal needed was able to be bought from the store for basically nothing. Late for appointments, bad scheduling, and they will try to tell you to buy more stuff. Very nice people that work there but way overpriced. Go anywhere else and they’ll do the same job for at least half the price
