Did amazing directing me where to go to resolve my issues with my phone. They were very polite and gave awesome guidance since I had no clue what to do I wish I would’ve gotten her name to show appreciation but the moment I get a survey, I will update with her name!

The last time we were there they were a company owned store. After reading many many one and two star reviews we are very reluctant to come back now that it has independent owners. We need new phones and have been with AT&T for over 18 years. We are both retired and don't need any kind of adverse issues.Now waiting to see a "canned" response like all the others people have gotten to no avail. Will be waiting with bated breath.

I went to the store for what I call an "emergency fix" for my "older" phone, which was not allowing phone calls & said the sim card was missing. Fortunately, Zach waited on me as soon as I entered the store & quickly resolved the problem. He was kind, efficient, professional & personable. Thanks to Zach, I am "on the road" with my old phone in working order! He also discussed my upgrade eligibility & phones I may be interested in. After this experience I will be returning to that store to replace my "old phone," thanks to Zach!

I was greeted promptly at the door and after giving my information I was escorted to the Genius Bar.Rick was the man, very friendly guy, took my information and ran my phone through some tests and determined that it needed the back replaced.After coming in and out several times checking on my phone, Rick talked with me more after checking on my phone's progress each time.It was a pleasant experience and I really enjoyed the area around the store. I will be back for all my Apple needs.

The manager anthony should not be in the position he is in. He doesn't know how to run a business, good customer service, and is extremely uneducated. I was lied to by his employee. The employee admitted it to myself and anthony that i had been mislead and lied to by him simply being lazy and just not checking something so simple. The employee was on social media almost the whole time i was in there. Then anthony proceeded to lie to my husband and say he did not know that the employee had lied to me after the employee had told us both now multiple times he did and he was sorry. Respect for the employee for showing sympathy and caring at-least after the fact unlike the manager Anthony. Anthony was trying to remove himself from the situation. My husband and i both were being talked down on by him he cuts you off and wont let you get a word in to even explain the situation. On the phone he wouldn't let me talk to explain what the problem was then proceeds to hang up on you when you get angry because he doesn't have the skills to listen and help the situation. I will drive an hour to columbus before returning to this store. Hope whoever owns this store can educate this extremely incompetent young man anthony before they lose too many customers because he was a nasty human.

I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in Ontario. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my phone plan. They patiently answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I left the store. Overall, I was impressed by the level of customer service I received, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Thank you Sierra, and thank you AT&T!
