I primarily shop at Big Lots for furniture and when I'm there, Theresa is my go to employee every time! Her knowledge of the products always proves to be very helpful and her friendliness, coupled with great customer service make a winning combination.

I bought a TV stand right before moving to my new apartment in January. I didn’t realize the U-Haul I had rented had a frozen-shut clasp and door. Not only did Teresa find the item I bought and loaded it into my friend’s car, she unfroze the U-Haul clasp for me using a hammer and rubbing alcohol. Thank you Ontario Big Lots & Teresa for going above and beyond!!

I was shopping for a comforter for my bed. I found the comforters, but none of them suited me. I was left alone while shopping. They have a vast selection of various products. It is a good place to shop for what one is looking for.

On 10/11/23, I placed my 1st online order with Big Lots. I was shocked that pickup was available within a couple of hours. In less than 2 hours, my order was ready. The individual who brought my order out to the vehicle was very pleasant to talk with and answered all my questions.

This Big Lots is full of display furniture that is never in stock, and it's always a chore trying to get an employee to check. It would save your customers a lot of time, and your employee's morale, if you learned what "Out of Stock" signs were. But instead, customers have to wait 20 minutes for help, just for the employee to roll their eyes, sigh, and walk to the back, knowing they're going to return empty handed, because nothing is ever in stock. If you're trying to buy furniture, this store is a colossal waste of time.
