I had a fantastic experience here. Joe helped me transfer my number from a different carrier and to a different phone while training an employee. He was very thorough in explaining the process and very friendly yet professional too.
He understood my need for a budget plan and even got me set up for a better deal than I'd went in for.
Awesome customer service! He did everything for me, including speaking to my prior carrier multiple times to get my number switched over.

Joe is as very nice and extremely helpful! He was able to help me get something within my price range and was very efficient! He also helped figure out new things with said device ! 10/10 highly recommended!!! Will definitely travel all this way for his service again!

I recently lost my phone in a river and The manager was really helpful in doing everything in His power to ensure I had a easy process with setting up my replacement device and setting up my old phone to use while I waited on the device. I have always liked cricket but this store is definitely my favorite
