Just walked by 10 of you in the front of the store. I went straight to the shoes, stood around and looked for about 5 minutes. No one around. No help. Walked straight out the store. Maybe your next group huddle can be about customer service.

2\\13\\2025 - One star for the cashier when I walked in she said hello with a smile . I then asked an employee for a price on an item and he handed me off to another employee that had know idea the price or any knowledge about the product. I Said thanks and that was that off he went. And then went back to the back of the store where the bicycles are and they hardly had anything with price tags on them. Ther wer empty clothe racks in It kept bumping into you look like it was a storage area so I just left

Zero help, puts your returns on gift cards without asking and refuses to give your money back when they screw up 3 times! Selling damaged shoes, or used! Gross.

My Grandson decided to join the wrestling team this year. I had no clue of what gear he needed. Wondering around the store for a minute looking for a few things, store associate (Kyle) asked if we needed help...yes please!! He answered all our questions, showed us where we could find what we were looking for and offered insite on a few items. We were able to purchase what we needed thanks to Kyle!! I truly appreciate all his help and time!

Stopped in to pick up some soccer shoes and gear for my son on Labor Day weekend. Everyone was super nice. The store was very clean And well organized. When we made our way over to the shoe area, my son and I were a bit overwhelmed by all the soccer cleat choices and I had no idea what size he was in now since hitting a major growth spurt over summer. Immediately, a very nice gentlemen came over and assisted my son in finding his exact size as well as helped him try on different shoes that were comfortable to him. He went above and beyond to assist us and gave my boys a few pointers -since he was a soccer player too- as well made some funny jokes to make them laugh. I was surprised when we checked out that most items were on sale and the totalWas way lower than I expected. I was also offered a 1 year warranty on the goalie gloves for a few bucks in case anything happened to them, which I accepted. What I thought was going to be a frustrating experience due my lack of knowledge in soccer and all the gear needed and how to size my son for it all, turned into a pleasant shopping experience. I def recommend shopping here and will for sure be back.

Staff was unbelievably helpful from the time we walked in until we checked out. Manager explained gift 4 local programs that they support. From now we will give to that program. We were very impressed!

First girl I delt with today was amazing, we had a few returns. I sent my husband to shop for our kids, need I say more? Lol. The second girl however was rude! My husband bought A browns jersey(for my brother), UA leggings (for me) and a UA outfit (our son) on Monday evening. We took all of it back today Tuesday around 1pm everything still had tags. The second girl asked the reason for the return when I answered her see looked at me and said there is nothing wrong with this stuff why are you exchanging it on a very very rude tone so I explained again that my husband bought the wrong jersey, I wanted sweats not leggings and he bought a compression outfit for our 9 YO son and I just wanted to exchange. So she rolled her eyes at me and then flat out ignored my husband when he asked if they had a certain Carhartt jacket in Xl
