I used to love going to this Khols. I love searching the Homewood section. My last 5 or so times they have the truck (new merchandise) on carts and pulled out onto the floor, the entire home section is full of carts, you can't even walk in the back. I did enjoy going but now even the clerance is so messy it's actually frustrating because you pick something up to look at and other hangers fall to the floor. I have given up and walked out a few times. And now I can't even do Amazon returns there. Many times that's why I shopped there that day is because I could do 1 stop shop. Not anymore.

I had Lewanda as my cashier. She was very nice and complimented the choices that I made. She asked me how I was today and was just as nice as could be. I scored some nice- looking sports attire.

I do enjoy shopping at Kohl's. The coupons and Kohl's Cash help me to save money. It took me awhile to learn how to use the App but I am making progress. Today a sales lady assisted me in the returns dept. She was very kind and helpful. Her name was Lewanda. She went above and beyond to help me when I told her I had a disabling condition. She had such a great attitude that you don't always see in this day and age. Please thank her again for me.

I've always shopped Kohl's for my clothing. I am disappointed that all the price check machines have been taken out. I don't have a smart phone, and I like to know what sale prices are before going to the register.
