I bought a Lazy boy recliner at Nicole's furniture furniture over 2 years ago. Unfortunately the mechanics of it didn't last very long. I had no problem with Mark and he was a wonderful salesman. I've called there twice to get the name of the chair and both times they take my information and won't even look up my name to tell me what chair I purchased. The 1st time I called in there by the time the lady asked me so many questions she could have looked up the name of the chair by then. The 2nd time the man I spoke took my name and number and also would not look up the name of the chair I purchased. I would certainly NEVER shop there again. There there are 3 very nice furniture stores between Mansfield Ashland and Wooster that I would go to in the future instead of Nichols. One and done!

Poor experience. Posted our experience a couple months ago but Google never made it live. End of the day, always had good experiences there with Connie, she is great an very personable. Just had a bad experience where they apparently sold the chair we drove over to pickup an paid for an got to the warehouse next door to pickup up an the guys didn’t have it. Turns out the mgr said they sold it an had an inventory issue. They still are a good local store an apparently was just bad luck that visit. Things happen but there’s worse things in life.

I had a great sales person , Mark Calloway listened and showed me what I was looking for. I found something in stock and will get it in a week. The wait time is months out though when what you choose has to be ordered

Went shopping for a new recliner to replace an old, broken down one. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were having a big sale. The saleswoman was friendly and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes, I had my new recliner picked out for delivery to my home within a few days. Very excited to get my new recliner!

Excellent service! I was ar Nichols to look at/purchase Lazy Boy Recliners. A salesperson was available immediately, and showed me a variety of Lazy Boys. I ended up buying two recliners to replace my old ones.

Made several purchases over the years an they have apparently went down hill. Manager is disrespectful an rude. On Saturday morning paid deposit on recliner that was in stock but they said wed have to come back Monday to pickup an got there when we said by 4:45pm an everyone treated us strange an then after waiting outside had to go back in to find out they had sold are chair to someone else an wouldnt give it to us an manager told me he had enough of me cause I was tired of them treating us like c*** Never again an we were faithful customers for over 15 years. Ridiculous how people treat customers. The lady salesman an other employees are good an they are the ones that kept us going back over the years but the grey haired so-to speak manager is a pathetic joke an poor excuse for a person an needs to get a life. Not getting any more of our hard earned money.

My son purchased a lazy boy recliner 2 years ago. Within the first 18 months the chair was literally falling apart. I contacted the store and was referred to their repairman. KEVIN, contacted him. Kevin came picked up the base of the chair. Kept it for over 2 weeks. We paid him $150. Within weeks it had wood screws falling out. Kevin never returned my calls after that.I contacted the store again, took the chair out to them and was charged an additional $35 for in house repairs. Now we're about $1000 in and the chair still isn't right.Lazyboy is cheaply made nowadays. Nichols does not care about their customers.

I have the same complaint as Tyler. I bought this furniture on 11/20/19 AND IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED AND IT’S January 29th. I bought a warranty and I hope and pray that I need repairs done it won’t take that long. This is the first time I put a lot of money into furniture. I hope it’s worth the cost ONCE I GET IT.

Picked out some furniture... found nicer furniture for a better price was told no because it was a custom order that already arrived at the store which I was annoyed but understood. Then when I called to pay off my furniture on the delivery date myself and the sales person set up he informed mr that my furniture hadn't even shipped out or arrived yet it's now a week later still hasn't arrived and they couldn't even give me a delivery date or offer me any kind of discount after lying to me. I will never do business here again..... still waiting on my furniture by the way! That I ordered all they back on black friday! It's now almost freaking feburary!
