Overall, Planet Fitness maintains a pleasant atmosphere with polite customers and a focus on cleanliness. While there may be minor suggestions for improvements, such as water pressure in the showers, the positive experiences of many members reflect a strong sense of community and support at the gym.
It wasn't crowded which is important. The air conditioning was perfect which is wonderful since it was sweltering outside. Everything worked as it should and presented in an orderly way. The staff had happy dispositions.
