I like the store but the woman's bathroom always smells SO BAD like I don't know what it is but it smells so horrible in there. I don't know if it's like that in the men's or not but it smells so bad in there.

It's everything you expect from Sam's Club! The store is clean, and the staff are personable and friendly! Have yet to have a bad experience there.

I really enjoy Sam's club at the moment..I don't go all the time. But when I have I have enjoy the items..the only thing at the moment is like every where else is not enough lines are open to checked out .they need more people to checked you out. But over all I enjoy going an looking around..I have not gotten any bad food yet.

We just recently joined Sam's Club when we moved to Mansfield. It reminds us a lot of COSCO. Great food and products. So far we have found all the employees very nice and helpful.

Very highly disappointed in the Mansfield location of Sam's club. I've tried multiple times to contact tire and battery by phone unsuccessfully and am transferred to somewhere else and told that they are busy they'll call me back. I left my number and was never called back, I asked to speak with a manager and waited 10 minutes and gave up. Probably taking my business elsewhere as much as I don't want to.

Wouldn't answer phone and if they did they left you on hold. Talked to store manager she told me they are busy just stay on hold. She offered no other help.

Great prices - good variety of stuff but overall the checkout people,are extremely rude. Over the years, they generally seemed to get ruder. And constantly new faces. That does not reflect well on upper management....

went there and a women named Terry was very very rude to me in front of my children had questions about my member ship. as to why it came out of my bank account but my member ship said not active she interrupted me 6 different times telling me she needed me to go get her a paper bank statement even tho I had it pulled up on my phone and clearly can see it has been taken out of my account. than she told me she would let it slide but better not happen again next than at the check out she came right beside the register with another lady and continued to talk crap to her about what I had in my cart.. my 9 year old told me she was not a nice lady..

always a great place to go. this location was pretty limited on some things. no boneless skinless chicken breast, no frozen breakfast potatoes, fresh salsas, .60 eggs 13$?? Walmart 60 eggs, 5.70. Staff is always great.

Went in this morning to purchase the 4 pack of Panera bread broccoli and cheese soup only to find out you no longer carry it. So while getting a rotisserie chicken I grabbed a pkg of the precooked ribs .. WORST RIBS EVER, not only difficult to cut into portions but as tough as nails,
