They need people working in the pharmacy that has people skills and that doesn’t talk to people aggressively because it can be taken the wrong way , Walmart’s costumer service is getting worse and worse I can understand why they are going to all self check outs

My son accidentally lost his last pen of insulin before his rx was filled. And it wouldn’t be ready for 2 days. Megan, the pharmacist, advised that they would have it ready it 20 minutes. Their customer service was amazing. Thankful they could get it to me so quickly.

I dont know how many times I've waited in line at the drive through. But this last time I sat there for 20 mins with 3 toddlers in the back of my car. I pushed the button again to "remind" them that I'm waiting and the response i got was "we'll be right with you". I was furious. It's as if i had just pulled up and I was starting all over again. Have someone work the drive through! I was the ONLY one out there!!!
