“Quality clothing that is designed for plus size. You know how you see a cute shirt/pants and they have it your size, but then the fit tells you it wasn't designed for your size? Torrid carries items for the not so small with comfortable blouses/shoes etc.to accommodate those of us that don't wear single digit sizes.”

“The sale items I found were great. Unfortunately, not even one associate spoke to me until I approached one man for help. I used to work at a Kohl’s and we were expected to greet everyone and ask if they needed help. Clearly that is no longer the policy. I wasn’t as concerned about the store being messy, because it is right after the holiday and there were associates working on it.”

“I went here to lighten my hair, my hair was in horrible shape but they STILL made it happen, the stylist somehow was able to lift my dark brown hair to blonde with no damage or any hair falling out at all, she cut it too & used good shampoo on it! And then she finished it up by curling it too for free ! I was nervous to do this because I’ve done the same thing somewhere else and half of my hair fell out and looked like ramen noodles . I bought the same shampoo she used on my hair and have been using it, and this is the most beautifulest my hair has EVER been! ? they’re amazingService: Hairstyling”

“My boyfriend and I showed up here at 6:00 we drove 45 minutes to get here from where we live, once we showed up there was a sign on the door saying that there were no longer accepting clothes, my boyfriend went inside and talked to a very sweet girl named Sam and she accepted our items even though they were no longer taking any. She was so sweet and so so helpful!!! We all talked and laughed and had such a great time we were here way past close, We ended up leaving with over $200 which helped us so much you couldn't even imagine! I would absolutely recommend this Plato's Closet above all of the other ones that I've been to! Sam is a amazing person and we will definitely be back not only because it's a great store but because Sam was SOOOO amazing!! she definitely deserves some recognition and a raise! thank you again Sam we really really appreciate you!
