It’s nice but like regular Nike stores, even stores like the 5 floor one in Chicago, there isn’t much selection as it is all about style. Better off always going to outlet stores like Grove City or Aurora Farms. Better yet, online. But hey, it’s clean and looks fit.

For the past three years, I've been wearing VaporMax shoes. I wore them daily, and typically, after about a year or just before, the air part of the sole pops. The shoe then feels uncomfortable and completely unwareable. Despite the supposed two-year warranty, it turned out to be meaningless. When I visited this Nike store, they dismissed it as normal wear and tear, offering no solution—what a disappointment. $200+ shoes should not bust after one year of wearing every day just out and about. It’s not like I’m doing anything extreme in them throughout the year. I've now invested over $600 in three pairs of VaporMax shoes over these three years and have nothing to show for it. They are comfortable at first, but I would never recommend them to anyone. 3 pairs in a row is not a fluke.

I had a great experience shopping at this particular Nike store. Lee, one of the team leads was very knowledgeable about the Nike products. She displayed patient (difficult wifi service), offered online services and was very kid friendly. As we know it is hard finding good customer service. For example, my son and I left great service at the Nike store to being 👻👻across the street at another retail store. We spent about 6 minutes in that store. There was 2 associates ( one behind the register who appeared to be scrolling on the phone and the other one straighten up). Not ONE time did they acknowledge us. Did I mentioned we were the only 2 customers in the store? With that being said, I explained to my 12yr old son DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WHO DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE YOU when you're in their establishment. Let's get back to quality customer service. Thanks Lee, for making our Nike shopping experience great 👍 👍

Curious as to how something is a “surprise & delight” but also sells out in 1-2 minutes at a physical location when most people at work lol. I’m not a reseller I don’t have the time to just chill up at the Nike store. I never get alerts and I live within 10 minutes of this business. Just tired of wasting my gas and being told “keep trying, shipment hasn’t came yet, or call us tomorrow”. Simply a local sneaker person trying to get shoes but I’ve been in the store 6-7 times now and again gas ain’t cheap. This isn’t a slander post but it’s my actual experience. Take it how you may just feel like I’ve called 25+ times, been to the store 6-7 times and always leave with nothing. Have a blessed day
