The Team at this store is Absolutely amazing, I went in and talked to Joe and Dan about Internet services for my Parents and now they are saving well over 80-90 bucks a month!

Joseph added va stuff to my account without asking me. I recently purchased 2 phones. I already had 7 lines. He deleted the family insurance plan that I had and added it to just one of the new phones. He added the $6 to upgrade phones that I didn’t ask for. My daughter lost her phone and now I am stuck paying out of pocket for a new phone even though it was his mistake. Avoid doing to any location around Toledo other than Monroe. The one in Monroe st. Is the only location that belongs to ATT the other locations are just vendors.

Joseph T sucks. He deleted the family protection plan off my plan and just added it to 1 phone. Never advised me of it. Now that I need to make a claim a week later I no longer have insurance. Don’t go to this person or location. Then they act like nothing happened.

Robert was working here in February 2023 when I bought a screen protector and a case and then he added Apple AirPod pro2 to the bill with out telling me. Then he didn’t give me a receipt but I knew it was in the system. So for the last year I was told a credit was being applied to my account and come to find out it wasn’t and then Robert got fired. Now I keep getting told to call back to talk to district manager and they are never there. Finally today I got a lady that said she back office support and will email the district manager who she says is a man not a woman. This franchise also owns the one on central also. I would never go back to this store again.

Ryan was the only person who worked here who was ever helpful and informative with the cellphones when we went there. With the others, they were always rushed and impatient. They talked fast and left out important details. When we were last in there to pay off a cellphone recently and have it unlocked, the new person helping us remarked, "nobody will want to buy that phone." It's brand new, was used one month and was purchased last fall. Furthermore, did I ask for his unsolicited advice? No. Just unlock the phone. That's not good service. You don't need to comment on what a person is planning to do with it. Well, you've received your money. And now we will take our contract elsewhere. Your manager should train you to give appropriate service.

Not a big fan of AT&T. The store is in a good spot though, clean and generally well maintained. Staff can be friendly if they stiff they could get a sale out of you. Be careful here though as they will take advantage and try to up sale you into something you don't need. I have Verizon now and I don't regret switching services.

The employees at this store are sneaky and do not give full information when it comes to purchase and trade in’s - I’m 90% the only thing left inside there brains are files of manipulative tactics and door nails! Anyways if you wish to pay 300 dollar bills each month and argue with sassy men then this sure is the location for you!!
