Great staff, bought my current vehicle here couldn't be happier. Took it in for the works oil change and 80k maintenance check up. Got the work done in no time and the vehicle is running great.

Pretty sad when you pay 66.00 for an oil change and you ask the service representative if they have been checking the transmission oil level and he tells me no. He goes on to inform me that fora fee of 65.00 plus any transmission fluid they will check it. It clearly states on my bill that the oil change includes checking ALL fluid levels. Baumanns has again found a way to disappoint me again. I will be taking my business to a different ford dealer and if they charge for this service I will be taking it to a third party that may appreciate the business.

My first time going to this place which is right down the road. Desk guy is really nice and comes out to get me because I’m not sure where to go so I’m just standing outside right when they open. There’s no pressure or attempt to get me to do extra repairs. Takes about an hour for oil change, please get A/cC for your building it was very warm and I worry about your employees who are there all day. Went to cashier and she was very nice and didn’t cost as much as I thought it would. I’ll probably use them for my car service needs in the future.

During this appointment all went well. I must note the tech that worked on the car found my debit card that I dropped in my car.The tech kindly put it where I could see it after the work was done. I am concerned that the tech was able see everything on the card. It is my hope that my information on the card will not be stolen and illegally used. I did tell the service manager to tell the tech thank you!

The reason for the battery drain was not found. The company did well, so I can’t give a fair evaluation until later. I have to wait to see if my battery will die again. I have put 3 batteries in my car since June 2022 to August 2022. In general, Baumann has done all they can do for now. I thank them for looking at my car. The team was polite.

I went in for a recall, driver side airbag replacement. I asked the service manager to check the shift lever, it seemed hard to move. He said no problem. When I went to pick it up I asked the service manager if they found anything with the shifter. He said they did not even look at the shifter. I thought they would be looking for work I would be paying for. I guess recalls are a pain to them. I will never use Baumann Ford Oregon!

Normally they do a decent job. Today I was left slightly confused. Did not receive a copy of my vehicle inspection. Tires were marked yellow even though they are brand new Goodyear tires. Sticker inside windshield has wrong mileage and everything was marked green? Just very confusing overall.Services: Tire rotations
