Wifes tire was flat, so she took the car in. They told her tire cannot be plugged because the hole was in the shoulder of the tire. Well they lied, the hole was right in the middle of the tread. Took the car some place else and they plugged it no problem. They wanted to sell us a whole new tire. Don't take your car here, they are dishonest

Dropped my car off at this location at approximately 930am on a Monday to have an oil change done. They told me it would take about an hour so I had my fiancé pick me up and we ran errands. 2 hours later I went to pick my car up and it was in the same spot that I left it and when I went inside they said they hadn’t pulled it in yet and my car was next. I went home and took a nap and when I woke up at 4pm I called and they said they STILL hadn’t touched it yet. This is my first time at this location, I’ve had good luck at the one in Perrysburg.

Took my car in for the purchase of four new tires. When the car was finished, I received a phone call that when backing out of the bay the cover for the shifter popped off.. I was asked if that cover had been loose and I told the gentleman absolutely not- he said they popped it back on so that I assumed it was fine. I didn't find out until after paying for the tires and going out to my car that the car would not go into gear . The gentleman walked out with me and in front of my friend and I expressed that bell tire was very sorry and that they would pay for all repairs. His specifically told me that they would have the Buick dealer take care of it. it's a Cadillac so I insisted that Taylor Cadillac make the Repaire . Once the car was towed to Taylor Cadillac, belle tire changed their tune and told Taylor Cadillac they're refusing to make any payment . Belle tire can not be trusted !!!!!!

Just a heads up people Belle Tire doesn't give quotes over the phone anymore to help you out. Now you have to waste gas and time just for them to tell you what could have been said over the phone
