About Brainiacs Tech Hub
Brainiacs Tech Hub is the area’s technology leader in Internet, Cable TV, and Home Phone services, proudly serving the region for over 50 years. Customers find it the best for cable and internet needs, with a nice showroom and very user-friendly kiosks for bill payments. The staff is consistently described as the most cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They offer impressive in-store technology advice and device repair, including fixing slow computers, performing software upgrades, virus removal, and data transfers, often completing repairs quickly. Reviews highlight top-notch, patient service where staff clearly explains problems. The primary complaint is about high and rising prices for services, with a desire for better deals for loyal, long-term customers. However, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many stating they would recommend the business to anyone for its great help.
