Brought my car in to be serviced here out of recommendation by my father because he had always had a good experience here and trusts the mechanics- so I want to start there. I needed a new battery and my tires replaced. They end up calling us to say more work needed to be done on the vehicle, so we said- sure, go ahead. So $2000 later, I leave to go back to where I live (2 hours away) and a week later, my car is no longer working. After being out of a vehicle for almost three weeks, I finally get it towed (which was free) from Cleveland area back to Oregon, and somehow the wires got crossed somewhere and my battery was never replaced. Billed another $325 today for a new battery that should have been taken care of at the original date. Very disappointed and frustrated at this, especially around the holidays. I feel scammed and taken advantage of.

They charged me 160.00 just to look at my car. Not fix anything. Just to look at it. They did not tell me up front. All I got was I'm sorry. 160.00 and my car is not fixed I have to take it to someone else and still pay to have it fixed. Plus they tried to right up a munch of other things that I didn't even take my car there for to try to sell and up charge. Terrible shop. Don't go here!

Great place. Very friendly and very helpful. The guys there are great. I know we will be going back there next time we have automotive issues. The facility was so clean, service was reasonably priced. The were very fast on repairing our car. Overall we are really impressed and happy. If your in need of a trust worthy mechanic, go check these guys out. They are the best

I have been to many repair shops in my lifetime. I have always felt uneasy about repair shops. I am not a trusting soul, but I believe this to be an honest establishment. I have used them since 2016 and still feel good about their integrity. I even referred my own mother to this AAA service center.
