My car had some electrical issues that went away after the technician did a global reset and cleared the codes. They kept the car an extra day to test drive it several times to see if they could get it to re-occur. I appreciated them not giving up on it until they were sure the problem was fixed.

Had a service done and they did not property install the part and got grease fingerprints all over. Took it back and they tried to reinstall which it did look better than before but was still not flush with the dash. When the cleaned the finger prints there is now a wet ring on the the cloth ceiling of the car. We are so dissappointed as Dunns used to he so good......

Service department was amazing! Belle tire was our first stop but they said nothing was wrong and there was no sound. Turns out, your techs were able to troubleshoot and keep me and my passengers safe! Service was fast too, I had my car back the same day! The dealership had my exinox 3 weeks. Never touched it the first week. Plus the hood wad quoted ,but never replaced. There are chips in the paint and a scuff mark on the original hood that are still there. The hood was 900.00. So no I would not recommend

I dealt with Sean the service advisor and this is my second time now dealing with him, each time he’s been extremely kind, very helpful, and very patient and informative. Anything that was asked of Sean he did no hesitation & always a smile! Definitely made it a 10/10 experience! Would highly recommend Sean at the Oregon location! Your reps are excellent however your service technician did not perform the required repair for my Bluetooth service. You charged me for new software and labor, however I didn't get 10 minutes away from your dealership before I began having the same problem once again. Can you please ensure that someone gets it right on Monday, August 21st? I have so much urgent work matters (life/death) that needs to be completed in my profession, that I cannot afford the time to return to you in the future. Sincerely, Myron Parsons

Had a great service experience at Dunns with my wife’s new Escalade. I had concerns about aftermarket oil filters and specifications. I was going to buy the OE filter and oil and talked to Tim and Sean in service. They pulled up a bulletin that gave a lot of helpful information about the need for an ACDelco Ultraguard Gold.Tim priced out the oil change there and a rotation and it was actually cheaper than me doing it myself. My wife had a road trip planned and I wanted to make sure it was all set for her. They were able to get me in later that afternoon with a pretty reasonable wait for no planning on my part.

Customer service reps in service department when you pull in to drop your car off on multiple occasions never acknowledge that you’re standing there. But usually are on their cell phones. Last time I was there I took two cars in for checks and oil changes and my father checked my cars same day to make sure all levels were good and had to add fluids to both cars. Also, second time I have been there that I have been overcharged at the service department and thank goodness for Millie (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) who has quickly helped out and very courteous and was able to resolve the issue on both occasions. On another note, I have always bought my new cars from Dunn’s. My go to is Andrea Dunn. She is very knowledgeable and has always steered me in the right direction on my next purchase. She has personally went out of town for me to retrieve a car that I wanted that was hours away. She gives me information so that I can make an informed decision. I will purchase my next car from her.Services: Tire rotations

The staff was very nice with one exception. The cashier Supervisor I feel was rude and aggressive. I was in the process of getting assistance from cashier Erica. The Supervisor rudely interrupted us and asked if I was needed assistance. I told her no I am getting assistance, but she asked again and stared at me. It was not a good experience. Megan was great to work with from the moment I walked in to look at cars to the final hand off of keys to my new car! She took the time to make sure I understood all the new features and technology. Also, thanks to Sean and Tim for ordering extra accessories to customize my new car.

This was the 1st time I've used Dunn's Service. I was a little nervous about going someplace new (I used the original service center from where I bought my vehicle) After talking to a relative I found out that Dunn's would save me some money on my oil change compared to the other service center. The representative contacted me via email to give me instructions for what to do when I got there(again, very helpful since I was nervous going to a new place). The gentleman at the service desk was very polite and got my car started right away. The lobby to wait in was nice with plenty of seating and vending machines, plus a sign for wifi connection. Once my car was done I was greeted by the nice cashier and she took my information and I was sent on my way. Overall a very nice experience.Services: Tire rotations

The salesman Mike Hitch was great!!! He took the time to explain everything about my new vehicle. I really appreciated that. It’s a lot to learn.Then I was told Bruce Nickles is my guy from here on out. I met him and he is a great guy as well
