No problems with repair work on my Camaro. Tina in estimating did a great job from beginning to end. She updated me regularly during the repair process and I know she didn’t have to do that. Vehicle repair was done on time & looks great.
I had an estimate from another body shop that was lower but I have always gotten good service from Dunn’s, so even though the other shop was lower I decided to have Dunn’s do the work.
Give Tina a raise! 😁

Rather than try to get money out of me, just fix the issue I came in knowing i needed fixing and was covered on my warranty and not just refuse to work on my car because I refused to pay for a diagnostic test, I already had done elsewhere . It was unfair treatment and typical stereotyping because I came alone as a woman and possibly because I was black. 😔

In September of this year, I bought a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am at Dunn Chevy with only 28,000 miles on it. Seemed to be in great shape. Since I got it, I had to replace the brushings, the tie rods, I found out that one headlight mount was broken, and the other headlight was held in place with hot glue, and apparently the tires were the ORIGINAL TIRES! Even test driving the damn thing was apparently highly dangerous to me, my passenger, and everyone on the road around us!
These people have the tools, and presumably the trained staff, to identify at least some of these problems so they aren't selling unsafe, shoddy vehicles to the community. They chose not to. I don't know if there's such a thing as an ethical car dealership anymore, but if so, this place definitely is not it!

I can’t say enough good things about the excellent communication, customer service, and feeling of being in great hands with Tina and Shari in the body shop. Going to the dealership can feel like going to the dentist, but these two made it almost enjoyable!!!😂

A million ‘thank yous’ to Tim Whittaker and the service men and woman who helped me today- PROMPTLY!
The night before I had noticed my check engine light was illuminated, fan running and A/C not cooling, I called late afternoon and they got my in first thing 8:00am the next morning. As pulled in I was greeted by Tim as usual like I was pulling in for a simple oil change. He went over the issues I had related to the service person the night before and let me know what he believes it may be. He got me a beautiful new loaner car and the job was done within the next hour or so with a new thermostat! He even went above and beyond making sure any warranties I had existing may still cover the job and it did 100%.
As a third shift hospital worker, I don’t have many free days especially for unplanned vehicle maintenance. Thank you Dunns! I am so happy to know many of you personally and feel safe knowing I will be always taken care of with my vehicle purchase and beyond with your great service.

My husband and I bought a pre-owned Nissan Murano and had the absolute best experience here. The whole staff was courteous and helpful. Mike Hamdan went above and beyond to answer our many questions and concerns. When we went to see the car he made sure to show me how to use the cars many amenities. It was obvious he took the time to learn intricate details about this car so he could help us in any way. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. We highly recommend Dunn Chevy and will choose them again when we decide to purchase our next vehicle.

Hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. My 2025 Chevy Traverse had a brake failure issue while coming back from Cedar Point. After waiting nearly a week for “repairs,” I drove 4 hours to pick it up, only to find the same issue the moment I started the car. Gavin in service was rude, dismissive, and even rolled his eyes, saying I was “lucky” they let me drop it off. The cashier was equally unprofessional, handing me keys and telling me my car was “somewhere in the lot.”
The service manager, Phil Tipton, promised to personally look into things but gave me empty reassurances. He even claimed they had test-driven my car 20 miles after repairs, but the odometer/paperwork only showed 1 mile. On both visits, no one pulled the car up, no one offered help with the loaner, and the whole process was a mess.
The only person who showed real customer service was Amy Kovacs—she was great. Unfortunately, everyone else was rude, dismissive, and dishonest. Even the loaner they gave me was unsafe (loud rattles, bad ball joints, and low tire pressure).
I’m not upset about the vehicle issue itself—that happens. I’m upset about the horrendous customer service, especially from Gavin, the cashier, and Phil’s broken promises. Avoid this place if you value honesty and professionalism.
I will also be contacting GM on Monday about this experience.

Greg Dunn, Mike Hitch, and the rest of the Dunn crew are top notch. Hometown dealership with family values, and excellent customer service. We switched from another dealership a couple years back and glad we did. We have purchased three vehicles in the last two years and will be lifelong customers.
